Welcome to "Bubbles Up"! This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is nestled in the beautiful West Gulf Beaches area of St. George Island.

Enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool, which can be heated for a fee. There's plenty of outdoor seating for lounging and soaking up the sun. The home offers convenient driveway and under-house parking. Relax on the swing and enjoy the Gulf breezes, rinse off in the outdoor shower, clean your catch at the fish cleaning station, and fire up the park-style charcoal grill for a delicious meal.

The home is all on one level, featuring tile and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The kitchen, living area and dining area share an open layout, perfect for family gatherings. Equipped with white appliances, the kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures. The dining area features a wooden table that seats six, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Relax on the large sectional sofa in the living area, watch TV and enjoy stunning views of the Gulf through the many windows.

Adjacent to the kitchen on the west side of the home, you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed, TV and direct access to the screened-in deck. Another queen bed is in the bedroom on the east side of the home, with a neighboring bathroom that includes a standard shower/tub combo. The master suite, located off the living area, boasts a king bed, TV, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the covered deck. The en-suite bathroom is handicap friendly with a roll-in shower and multiple grab bars.

Accessible from the dining area on the west side of the home, the screened-in deck is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The covered deck overlooks the private pool and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf. The elevator landing is also located here and makes for loading and unloading a breeze. Elevator is available for a fee.
