I love this hotel. I have stayed here on numerous occasions. The hotel staff is so friendly and the food in the hotel is wonderful. Will stay there again in the future, God willing.

I had to go ask the front desk to get my rooms cleaned and you gotta do that because you can’t expect the cleaners to clean your room when you leave your room for the day. The Sandman Santa Rosa Sonoma, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The rooms were very clean, a bit dated, but very comfortable. Our hot water was not working when we got there, but they got it fixed within an hour. The staff was very nice and helpful.
