“Room floor was dirty. Room door entrance was damaged. Bathroom needed re painting. Not enough shampoo in the small tubes. Staff was rude about the cash deposit they wanted that was not in the details when I booked the room. I had to go to ATM to get the cash out or we couldn’t have the keys.
