“I’ve stayed at this hotel often. Location location location. This time my room seems to have been renovated. The bathroom specifically. Looks to be mostly new. And despite World Cup soccer and weddings and business meetings the property felt wide open and spacious. Parking is a little more expensive this time. The front desk staff and coffee shop cafe staff are permanently happy and smiling. I will be staying here again.”

Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows were especially amazing-you can always tell a great hotel by how comfortable the pillows are! Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely return.”

“The room was not that clean. There was long hair inside the shower before I even used the shower. Walls were not cleaned and it was dusty inside. The balcony was filty dusty. Other than that the room was comfortable. I paid for a breakfast included hotel and there was ZERO breakfast served. Just coffee. If you are not serving what you offer, please update your services. The hotel is nice, just gotta make sure you clean the rented rooms a little carefully. The staff was friendly and professional....

“The hotel staff friendly and helpful. The hallways and lobby clean and beautifully decorated and scented. The beds very comfy. The pillows soft. The bathrooms clean and stocked with some toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Along with two fluffy robes and towels. The complimentary breakfast with our stay was served in the Lower Level; was hot, tasty, and filling. Wanted to try the on-site tapas restaurant, but didn’t have a chance to. “Room small, with no chair. No telephone for emergencies and no radio. Vanity in bathroom too small with open sides so things fall through the sides onto the floor. Towels scratchy and sometimes frayed. Room 412 in desperate need of repainting. Staff very courteous and helpful. Generally, I was disappointed in my room and likely will not stay there again.”

“The jacuzzi had black mold in the calking around tub. The shower being in the jacuzzi with no grab handles is extremely dangerous. Also the bathroom floor was higher than the room floor stubbed my toe a few times.”
