  • With spectacular sea views from the picture window around St Ives bay to Hayle Towans, Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond, this comfortably furnished apartment for two, is just minutes away from the popular golden sands of Porthminster Beach, the beautiful St Ives branch line and the restaurants, galleries, cafes and shops this lovely seaside town has to offer.

    Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: With two comfy sofas, a Smart TV and HiFi/CD unit and dining table and chairs. Well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.


    Bedroom: The good size bedroom has a king size (5ft) bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside units.


    Shower Room: Newly renovated with large walk in shower, basin, heated mirror with LED lights and heated towel rail.


    Parking: Secure parking for one car in the shared garage accessed from the front of the building, space No. 14.

    Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric heating.

    Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

    Baby Equipment: None provided.

    Beach: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.


    WiFi: Full fibre broadband


    NOTES: No smoking. No pets. Mobile phone reception varies. Washing machine is available for guests use in the shared laundry room and accepts electronic payment. Property all on one level with steps to entrance.
