This smartly presented, bijou former fisherman's cottage is ideally located as a base to explore the shops, restaurants, beaches and town of St Ives.


GROUND FLOOR:

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Smart TV/DVD player, audio system with radio, CD player, MP3, wireless Bluetooth speaker.


FIRST FLOOR:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe.

Shower Room: Shower room, wash basin, w.c.


SECOND FLOOR:

Bedroom 2: Double bed (4'6"), wardrobe, chest of drawers


GARDEN & PARKING: No parking, the nearest long stay car park is Park Avenue car park. No garden.


Pet Welcome: Maximum 1 dog; £25 per week. Information about bringing your pet.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Travel cot, highchair and stairgate provided, please bring your own cot linen.

Beach: 0.4 ml. Shop: 0.1 ml.
