  • Situated just off the corner of Street-an-Pol and St Andrews Street this house has been renovated to a high standard with the living room on the top floor to take advantage of the light and the views of St Ives town and Bay.

    Entrance up 1 flight of stairs to First Floor: Kitchen/dining room with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Bedroom with 5ft bed and TV. Bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds. Separate wc. Bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier. Second Floor: Attic living room with TV, DVD player and balconette window with rooftop views of St Ives and the harbour.


    Pet Welcome: 1 pet welcomed at £25 per week.


    Power and heating: Central heating, electricity included.

    Bed and Linen: Linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

    Baby Equipment: High Chair

    Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.1 ml.


    NOTES: 3 External Steps to access the hallway and 10 internal Steps to get to the property. No smoking, WiFi provided, Pets and Children Welcome. Mobile phone reception varies.
