Seaview è uno splendido appartamento di lusso al primo piano, decorato con gusto e arredato secondo standard elevati, con splendide viste sul mare dal salone, sia camere da letto, cucina e balcone. Situato appena sopra Carbis Bay Beach, uno dei migliori nel Regno Unito, è a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e una base ideale per esplorare le numerose meravigliose attrazioni che la Cornovaglia occidentale ha da offrire.

La proprietà è luminosa e spaziosa con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. C'è una cucina ben attrezzata e un comodo salotto / sala da pranzo, che conducono tutti sul balcone con le sue meravigliose viste sul mare di fronte a St Ives. Il balcone ha un tavolo e quattro sedie ed è una perfetta trappola per tutto il pomeriggio e la sera, ideale per bere un drink mentre si guarda il tramonto!

Ci sono TV a schermo piatto nel salone e in entrambe le camere da letto, la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e un sistema audio con docking station per iPhone. Inoltre c'è una buona gamma di giochi e libri per farti divertire. All'esterno dell'appartamento c'è un parcheggio privato oltre al parcheggio per i visitatori disponibile in base all'ordine di arrivo.

La baia di Carbis con la sua spiaggia con bandiera blu è un'ottima posizione e facilmente raggiungibile su strada o in treno. La piccola stazione ferroviaria situata a pochi passi di distanza vi porterà a St Ives in 3 minuti ed è probabilmente il viaggio più panoramico che è probabile che facciate. In alternativa, una passeggiata lungo il sentiero costiero con le sue viste mozzafiato sulla baia richiederà circa 20 minuti.

St Ives è un vero gioiello con le sue strade acciottolate, il pittoresco porto, le spiagge dorate e l'abbondanza di gallerie e ristoranti. È facile capire perché è stato votato come "miglior resort costiero del Regno Unito" per il 2012! E non dimenticare, questo è solo un assaggio di ciò che la Cornovaglia ha da offrire. Con l'Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, Flambards, Lands End e Paradise Park, per citarne solo alcuni, c'è davvero qualcosa per tutti.

Stunning!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful with lovely views over Carbis Bay. It was spotlessly clean and the best equipped accommodation we have stayed in. The location is perfect. It is a 2 minute walk to the train station, a 5 minute walk to the beach and only 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. Our daughters said it was the best holiday they've had. Great memories made and we will definitely be returning.

WOW! The Best holiday apartment! Absolutely fantastic all round.

WOW! Just wow, was our first response. What an absolutely stunning holiday apartment!From the moment we stepped through the door we were blown away, especially with the sea views from every window.The property was immaculate and so very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks with my partner and two year old, and usually at the end of two weeks we are ready for home, but here we already felt like we were at home, it is beautifully decorated and so incredibly homely and modern. We also recognised a lot of the art work from the art studios in St Ives itself which is a lovely touch. Location is also superb! 2 minute walk to the train station into St Ives, or a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay Beach. We have been holidaying in Cornwall every year for the past 12 years, and this is by far the best holiday rental we have ever stayed in. We will all be crying on the long journey home, wishing the holiday didn’t have to end.

Spacious, cozy apartment with everything you need to have a lovely holiday.Cornwall is beautiful and there is lots to see. Carbis Bay is a great location to explore it from.

Comfortable, superb location, great views.

We were made very welcome by the hosts. The flat was spotlessly clean and well-equipped to make the stay very comfortable. Great views and a short walk to the beach for our daily swims. Easy to make the short train trip in/out of St Ives, although 30 min the walk around the headland is also a must do. So I would say that you get all the benefits of the bustling St Ives but with the peace and calm of Carbis Bay to stay at. Thank you, we would love to return one day.

Very nicely furnished and comfortable apartment with great views from all windows. Great location 2 minutes from Carbis Bay station or a 35 minute walk into St Ives. Would highly recommend. Will probably be back.

Lovely stay and great hosts.

Check in was easy. The entire apartment was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for our stay, it felt very homely which is what we look for when on holiday.Upon arrival there was a mishap with the bed however after a phone call with Ashley it was sorted within 20 minutes. Communication with the host was fantastic and very friendly. We will definitely be staying again!

The best stay ever

I don't know where to start , from the second we walked through the door we were blown away by how beautiful this place really is. The hosts have made this a home , not just a holiday retreat. Everything about our stay from start to finish was a dream, the area is amazing with a few minutes walk to the wonderful Carbis Bay beach or if you want you can grab the train to go into St Ives. I cant recommend this place highly enough. The flat is by far the most beautiful and relaxing place we have ever rented . Hosts score a 10/10 , cleanliness 10/10 Location 10/10 . Honestly if we could, we would have stayed forever. Views are awesome.

Wonderful Retreat

We came to Cornwall in November and this apartment gave us a perfect base to explore. We had a great parking space in front of the building. The apartment is also within minutes of the train station and a bus station. We walked to the beach at Carbis Bay, walked along the coast from St. Ives, went to Tintagel, Mousehole and the Merry Maidens stone circle, explored Penzance, all in one weekend. The apartment is clean, quiet, bright and airy. Tastefully decorated in a beachy style. We cooked breakfast and dinner in the kitchen and had everything we needed. It was also nice to have two full bathrooms and lots of space. Thank you so much, Ashley and Claire!

Very nice place. A bonus for us inasmuch as we didn't have a car with us was the train station. Convenient transport to St Ives, Penzance, Mousehole etc.

Wonderful accommodation

I can wholeheartedly recommend this property. It is spacious, extremely clean, well stocked and perfectly situated for the train while being quiet and secluded. The welcome pack of provisions was very generous and much appreciated. We loved the distant view of St Ives. How welcome and refreshing to find a clean, relaxing apartment that doesn't take pets. Our only place to stay in Cornwall. Unbelievably comfortable, spotlessly clean, great views, cosy, easy beach and train access (a mere 3 mins on the train to St Ives for less than £2) parking space. Wow factor apartment!

‘Wow’ is what we all said when we walked into the apartment! Every room is beautiful with sea views of the bay. The hosts had left us a tasty and thoughtful welcome pack - thank you! There is everything you need to make this your home for your stay. We loved how close we were to the beach and enjoyed the picturesque walks along the coastal paths

Wonderful!

Fabulous quality fixtures and fittings, everything you need including board games and books. amazing location (we hardly used the car as the apartment is right beside the train station or the coastal walk access to st Ives c. 30 mins). We had a wonderful week here. The weather was gladiolus, we loved it!

Luxury is different

We stayed with our family at the Seaview Apartment for a week. It was advertised with a dryer and in the title as "luxury". At our arrival we first had to defrost the freezer, the kettle was brown inside, the windshield which was provided for the beach was incomplete. A heated airer for the clothes was broken too. There was no dryer and there are no sockets in the bathrooms. To get some things right I had to invest overall more than one day of our holiday - we got a refund but less than we payed for a night. The couch is outdated (over 10 years old) and there isn't any seaview (only a glimps) when you sit on the balcony because of two trees which have grown over the last years between the apartment and the sea. In our point of view "luxury" is much more than the host provided.
