The open plan living area boasts floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors framing the stunning sea views. Featuring jewel-toned sofas, a large wood burner and Smart TV, the living room is the perfect place to relax at the end of the day.

Unleash your inner chef in the sleek and stylish kitchen, fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, a spacious fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There is a further utility room with a combi washer/dryer.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a glamorous en-suite shower room. The second bedroom boasts sea views and great flexibility with a king-size zip-and-link bed which can be made up as two single beds on request. The third bedroom is also fitted with a zip-and-link bed. This bed can be made up as either a super king bed or two single beds.

There is a spacious family bathroom offering a bath with shower over, hand wash basin and WC. There is an ensuite off the master bedroom with a walk-in shower, hand wash basin and WC.

The garden boasts a welcoming gravel patio for alfresco dining only steps from the lounge. A generous lawn provides ample space for recreational activities, while a second designated gravel seating area offers an additional haven for relaxation.
