Located in a quiet village near beaches, a golf course and stunning St. Ives, it's an ideal base for exploring Cornwall's natural beauty and world-famous attractions and offers a haven to retreat to at the end of the day.

A spacious lounge with sofa, armchairs, tv and well-stocked bookshelves means you have somewhere to relax after a day spent exploring beautiful Cornwall. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower on this floor too.

The upstairs features 4 bedrooms; 3 doubles and a single and a large family bathroom with bath and shower.

A patio and garden area with seating offers the chance to dine al fresco and is a real sun trap.

The house is located in a quiet street with older neighbours so we require a minimum age of 25 for groups of more than 4 people (not including families with children).

Can we bring pets to the property?
Whilst we love animals the building is pet free in consideration of those with allergies.

Is there space for us to park our car?
There is a parking space on the premises.

Can we use the property for a party?
Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They’re very friendly and we ask our guests to extend the same courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.
