“I’ve had some poor experiences staying in downtown Portland before, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise. At first, I was a little worried about the long check-in line, but the staff handled it exceptionally well, professional, polite, and courteous throughout. Parking with the hotel is optional, but I highly recommend it. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops, and the stadium (we were in town for a soccer game). “The room was great and the staff exceptional! We also enjoyed a breakfast and a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. The stairwell journey through a history of pictures was informative. For those interested in the Paranormal activity side of our visit: light brightness adjusted on its own with one of our bedside lights inside the suite on the 4th floor. And one of our faces was distorted in a picture taken in front of the staircase in the lobby.”
