“The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Parking was easy, and check-in was quick and smooth. The staff from the front desk to the breakfast team were all friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Our room also had a great kitchen setup with a stove, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and even plates and utensils, which was a really nice bonus. “The room was dirty, stained couch, stained desk chair and stained carpet. The bathroom was dirty, only had one bath towel for 2 people and the water pressure was not good Staff was not friendly and cold”

“Room was clean and nice. The lock on the door was not fully secured to door. Informed staff but no one around to fix it. Offered to move rooms but we chose to stay. My main concern was when I went down the stairs, the fire doors did not latch and were partially open. Upon further investigation I found that there was a mechanism on the fire door that enabled and disabled the latch based on turning a knob on the door. “I have always been very picky about my hotels, and wasn’t certain about booking The Hampton, but I am so glad I did. This was hands down the best experience I have EVER had with a kind, friendly, and helpful staff. While it’s true that this Hampton is not the newest hotel building in the area, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and it was a quiet stay.
