Morgan Point Villa-Ocean Views-Infinity Pool-Solar-Close to Town

Morgan Point Villa was meticulously constructed and completed in early 2022 on the hillside of Great Cruz Bay. Morgan Point offers four beautifully furnished king bedroom suites, three suites have spectacular ocean and bay views and one suite overlooks the tropical garden. Enjoy ocean and Great Cruz Bay views and brilliant Caribbean sunsets from the great room, outdoor covered patio and poolside deck. Take a dip in the deep infinity pool with stunning ocean views. Three bedroom suites are located on the main floor with no stairs to climb and a lovely spacious suite is on the lower level. The fully equipped kitchen with a spacious eat-in island opens up into the great room that shows off two native stone walls with cathedral ceilings. Your feet will enjoy the cool coral stone tiles through the Villa. All rooms are air-conditioned. Solar power with state of the art Powerwall batteries was installed in December 2024 to reduce inconveniences caused by power outages.


The large covered patio offers a gathering space with a dining table for 8 overlooking the stunning ocean and boats in the bay. Enjoy your meals, tropical drinks, and or appetizers on the patio day and night with fabulous ocean/bay and sunset views. The property was landscaped with local flowering plants, tropical cactus and palm trees. At night, you can enjoy the bay sparkle from the lights of the hillside homes and boats.

Morgan Point is managed by Knot Properties, a St. John company devoted to customer service. The Villa owners reside in East Haven, CT and meticulously maintain the Villa and grounds as if they lived there all year round. They strive to make your stay at Morgan Point Villa as enjoyable as possible.

Morgan Point is just a few minutes to town, grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. Rates are based on fully occupancy of 8 guests.

Our host Katja was amazingly attentive & the home was lovely. A great size for our family, well stocked kitchen and ability to grill, and had amazing views. Our only improvement would be that the pool was warmer as it was too cold to swim in for most of our family. Thank you for an amazing first visit to St John and we look forward to returning again sometime soon!

Morgan Point is a beautiful home with an even more amazingly gorgeous view from almost all areas of the venue. We left Morgan Point each day to explore the island, but not before we enjoyed breakfast on the veranda and returned at the end of the day to spend more time there in the evening. The home has spacious common areas and is appointed with a naturally designed comfort and privacy for each suite on both levels. The infinity pool and surrounding patio is a fun place to continue unwinding and enjoying the awesome view in the evening. This home is a place to enjoy the best of St. John.

This lovely home not only met our expectations, but exceeded them! There were 8 in our family party so the 4 bedrooms (each with a master bed and private bathroom) was perfect. The large rooms and bathrooms (including awesome bathroom showers) are first class. The kitchen and family room were the morning gathering spots, but the highlights were non-beach days at the pool (tons of pool furniture) and the large main-level patio for evenings of games and visiting. The house is a short easy drive (8 minutes or so) from the main downtown area (restaurants/bars). We were there 7 nights and hit the St. John beaches 2 full days (house has coolers, beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach chairs, large beach tent), the house pool 3 days, and private boat to BVI beach/bar hopping 1 day. Check in was super easy and Katja answered all of my questions on the car barge and groceries as well. I even accidentally facetimed John (owner) and was able to tell him how much we loved their home. This home was simply perfect for our family, and I overwhelmingly recommend it!!

The villa was absolutely outstanding. The view was incredible and the house was very well appointed. Very clean and everything you could possibly want the kitchen was very well equipped. Also, they supplied plenty of beach towels and beach chairs.

Beautiful Villa, close to everything

Morgan Point is a beautiful villa, very close to town, beaches, restaurants, etc. The house was spotless and had all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. We were especially happy to have the beach umbrellas for extra cover whilst at the beach. I highly recommend Morgan Point for your next St. John vacation!

Paradise found on St John

We had four couples with plenty of room to spread out. Our favorite hang out spot was on the covered patio right off the kitchen. Kitchen was wonderful. Had everything you needed for cooking at home as it did get very expensive to eat out all your meals. The landscape at this villa is the most beautiful I have ever seen they did a wonderful job, the pool was nice but never got warm enough for us to really get in. A few of us jumped in, but soon jumped out so you go to the beach. All the beaches were perfection. Loved our time.

Morgan Point Villa is a great home for a getaway with friends! We all had the space we needed and felt very comfortable! The house is nicely furnished and offers amazing views of the water! We all agreed that we would rent this home again in the future!

Beautiful home and location

Perched above the water with beautiful views of St John and St Thomas this home was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone got their own bedroom with king bed and full bath. All very clean, beautifully redone, and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything needed for the beach was available - coolers, comfortable beach chairs, beach umbrellas. Owner easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations for restaurants. Property manager very available for questions and gave us a great recommendation for a boat charter. Great time all around! Highly recommend.

Perfect home! The best VRBO I have ever rented!

This home is beautiful the view is fantastic and the location is perfect. I have been to the island a few times and have enjoyed some beautiful homes but this one tops them all. The home is fully stocked with everything you need from beach towels to the kitchen you will not need for anything. All four bedrooms are huge and offer bathrooms which was great for our group as everyone has a primary bedroom and in infinity pool and deck is so nice. John the owner is responsive and very nice and the property management on the island are so helpful offering recommendations from boat tour rentals to in house chiefs, we plan to stay again soon.

Beautiful Villa, Fabulous Location, & Amazing Views

Morgan Point has everything you would want in a vacation property! The house is beautiful, recently updated (pictures don't do it justice) and the kitchen well stocked! The panoramic views are beyond spectacular, morning and night. The villa is minutes from town and in a convenient location on the island. The hosts and house management were very responsive, helped with local knowledge, and even assisted with boat charters. Would highly recommend this villa, and we will definitely be back!!

Great place to stay!

This house was exactly as pictured & the view was amazing! A perfect place for 4 couples to stay. It was updated & clean. They had coolers, beach chairs & umbrellas available for use which was definitely a bonus. The Property Managers were very helpful with any questions we had. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Pictures Don't Do Justice! It's amazing!

We were so pleased with our stay at Morgan Point Villa. Our group was four couples and it couldn't have been more perfect. Each room had an ensuite and all the rooms were amazing. No one felt like they got the short end of the stick. The views in this house are unreal! Truly the pictures are good, but it's better in person. We spent a ton of time outdoors mostly on the upstairs patio and it never got old. The home was impeccably clean and spacious but cozy at the same time. We also loved the ease of how close it was to Cruz Bay. Five Stars all the way! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful villa and view

We had a great stay at Morgan Point villa. The newly renovated villa was beautifully done and had great space and all the amenities. The pool and pool area was great. The location is easily accessible to all St.John has to offer.
