Inside, Blue Chair Dream features elegant, professionally curated décor and hotel-quality furnishings that reflect a refined coastal aesthetic. The open-concept living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, and dining space, while the king bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with luxury linens and tropical charm. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates additional guests, making the space ideal for up to four travelers.



Guests enjoy full access to Grande Bay Resort’s amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, and air-conditioned fitness center with modern equipment and ocean views. Complimentary Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected while soaking in island life.

The host was welcoming, the entire condo was on-point, leaving us to no worries throughout our stay. Everything, including the nice beach chairs, comfortable furniture down to glasses and silverware were top-notch.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Blue Chair Dream at Grand Bay. The unit is very clean and updated. The bathroom looks to be recently remodeled. The kitchen had all the utensils and items we needed and we used the grill one night. Beach chairs, towels, floaters were provided! And the location was the best! Short walking distance to the restaurants, shopping and grocery store. We had a jeep with a parking spot included so we could drive to the beaches but with the open air taxi I think you could do without. The host was fast to respond to any questions we has before and during our stay. Check in concierge was super friendly. Would definitely book Blue Chair again!

This was the perfect place for my partner and I! It was so clean and decorated with the spirt of St John throughout! It is in walking distance to everything Cruz Bay has to offer. We hopefully will stay here again one day!

Family Get Away

This is a great condo, clean and ocean facing. We spent each morning on the deck watching the boats come in. Everything you need in the kitchen and we had the condo provisioned so we had all of our food when we arrived. Walk to bars and beach taxis. Safe area. Nice pool. If there were any items we needed they were brought over right away. We have been staying at Grande Bay for years and absolutely love it. We return next February.

Another amazing stay at Grande Bay!!

I have stayed at many different units at this property. While they have all been great, this one was probably the nicest! The location can’t be beat. It’s a super easy and quick walk from town. The unit has absolutely everything you could possibly need. It came with beach chairs, towels, multiple coolers, and even rafts for the beach! I’m already missing my mornings out on the balcony watching the town come to life and the boats leave for the day. Michelle, the greater, was the best She had great communication the day of arrival and was waiting for us when we got off the ferry. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I’m already planning my next trip! I hope this unit is available then!!

Nice Condo in Town

We stay at Grand Bay a lot. This condo has a lot to offer. Very nicely furnished and recently remodeled. We enjoyed our stay and loved the close proximity to town. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Beautiful Property in Perfect Location

This is the most beautiful property I have stayed at on St. John. It was immaculate, well-stocked, and had central air conditioning. The view of Cruz Bay was breathtaking and you can walk to local groceries, restaurants, the dock, and even casinos! This is a very high-end property with top-of-the-line everything and included parking for the jeep we rented. I plan to book it every time I come to the beautiful islands. We had the best time at the best place. Thank you Amy and Dan!

Perfect Cruz Bay Location

We have visited St. John & and stayed at various condos at Grande Bay. As an STR owner ourselves, we felt the kitchen cabinets needed to be replaced (the lower kickplate by fridge) was rotten and loose. The overall feel needs a renovation from kitchen to furniture. The overall cleanliness of the unit needed some work. The patio view was lovely, we appreciated the great dry fit beach towels, the beach chairs could use updating. Overall, the location at Grande Bay is perfection. Thank you for allowing us to spend our Christmas vacation at your home.

Awesome stay

Great, beautifully decorated 1 bedroom condo so close to all there is in Cruz Bay. This unit all of the amenities one needs for a great stay. They left nothing out and had plenty of everything. It was well furnished. Great place to stay for a couple.

Wonderful stay in ST John

What a great vacation we had at The Grande! The property was lovely and the unit was fresh, new, and clean! Desmond picked us up from the ferry and showed us around a bit before helping us into our unit. There is a pool and hot tub as well as a roomy porch off of the family room where you can enjoy watching the water, boats, and happenings of Cruz Bay. Parking is easy too, but this property is right in the heart of town so we decided to just walk/use public transportation. The location is perfect for accessing everything St John has to offer. Five stars on all levels!
