Sì, siamo nuovi sulla scena e abbiamo aperto l'1 ottobre. Mettici alla prova! L'unità è finalmente finita! Ampio monolocale con angolo cottura, zona pranzo esterna e vista sull'oceano. Può anche essere prenotato in combinazione con 1 camera da letto di lusso "Paradise Found" (1388497) per più spazio. Tutte le unità sono affittate singolarmente. Il nostro grazioso monolocale è situato a pochi minuti da Cruz Bay in una tranquilla comunità residenziale. Pulito e luminoso con una piccola cucina e bagno privato, è il trampolino perfetto per la vostra esplorazione della nostra bellissima isola. Vista sull'oceano e, a volte, viste su St Croix in una giornata limpida dal ponte e dal patio esterno per un caffè mattutino. Parcheggio in loco e assistenza in loco dal responsabile della proprietà. Siamo in grado di assistere con la fornitura di generi alimentari, ristoranti, noleggio auto e consigli per le escursioni dell'isola. Sedie a sdraio, racchette da tennis e refrigeratori disponibili.

Long weekend trip

Awesome studio home that had everything we needed. Hannah was an amazing host and communicated very well. The view was so nice, and we enjoyed that it was close to Cruz Bay and within a 20 minute drive of all the beautiful beaches on the north!

Relaxing visit

We really enjoyed the views just sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. The condo is cozy and comfortable. Our questions were always addressed quickly.

Beautiful views

We had a very nice stay at Hannah's place. Great communication with directions to the house. Easy to find after you have been there once. The use of beach towels, beach chairs and a small cooler was a nice addition. There are chairs to sit on the patio and enjoy the view. The A/C works well and the kitchen has supplies if you choose to cook. Recommend getting a car as the roads are narrow and there are no sidewalks.

Great view

Overall our stay was good. The views from the deck are great, we saw some beautiful sunsets! We had some issues with parking as there seemed to be more units than parking spaces. Hopefully the third parking spot in the road has been addressed with the neighbor. Maybe signage could be added indicating who is authorized to park in the spot on the street.

Nice cottage

The cottage was very nice and clean. Just as pictured on the website. Hannah was responsive. The location is a little difficult because it is off the beaten path and if you don't have a car, it can be difficult to get around.

2 nights in paradise

My husband and I needed a place to stay for 2 nights before checking in to a house with friends. The studio was peefect! Fabulous views, extremely clean, comfortable bed. Would definitely say again! Would suggest having a vehicle.

2 week stay

We stayed for 2 weeks in this unit and it was great. The location is minutes from town and the views were beautiful. We could watch the car barge in the morning, sunset later, and cruise ships passing by after dark.

Better than expected

There’s a small dining table with two chairs indoors in addition to the outdoors table set, as well as more outdoor seating that’s not shown in the listing. A/C very effective and quiet. Shower water pressure big. Beautiful sunset view from deck.

Fantastic stay!!

The place was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed and location couldn’t have been better. We were very close to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beaches. Hannah was always available if we had questions. We were stuck there in a tropical storm and the owner George went above and beyond to help us out. Frequent power outages are a problem in St. John, however we had a generator, so cold air conditioning and running water was always ours. We will definitely be back!. Thank you George for a wonderful stay! -Tyler and Tiffany

Perfect for 2

This is exactly as advertised and close to Cruz Bay (about a 5min drive). It's clean, and has everything you need for the "on the go" travelers like we are.... comfortable bed, good shower, and cold A/C. We'd stay here again.

Perfect Retreat from the Northeast Spring

Cute, fun place, great views, plenty of amenities. I had a rental vehicle which made this an easy place to get to. Great spot and will definitely return in the future. Loved It.

Great location but …

Beautiful view. Fantastic deck. Along the taxi route to go into town—which is awesome. The unit had an unidentified smell that really bothered me. That said my girlfriend would absolutely stay there again given the great value. Me, not so much.

Good Value

The studio was as pictured, very clean and has everything you need for your stay. One note is that there are not sliding glass doors and for some reason the airflow from the available windows is limited. So, despite the Tradewinds, the unit seemed stagnate without using the air conditioning. This was a disappointment to us as we generally like to leave the windows open to listen to the lovely sounds of the frogs at night.

Quiet, Pleasant and Great View!

I needed a quiet, clean spot to write my book and Hannah's place delivered! The patio was the best part with great views and privacy for days. The studio was just right and looked exactly like the pics, there were no surprises. Hannah was available for all requests. She had a new cleaning lady who missed a few spots in the fridge and Hannah had it taken care of within an hour. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Estate Enighed

Everything was great with the exception of two items; the lighter for the stove went out and was not replaced although we asked right away for a new one and the beach chair’s straps were broken so we could not carry them on our backs. Both of the items are small but we were meeting another group and had lots to carry to the beach, the straps would have been helpful in getting there in one trip. The stove lighter proved harder to find and we ended up paying our waitress to find a regular lighter which was too small to actually light the stove so we went without breakfast on the last day even though we had bought groceries to cook. St John is not an easy place to visit but we are used to the minor bumps along the way. We only stayed at this property 2 days, had we stayed longer we would have gone into town and replaced her beach chairs and stove lighter, as it was - we didn’t have time. Doesn’t take away from the beauty of St John and we would stay with her again,

Simply amazing!!!

Beautiful studio apartment with a terrace and view of the ocean and St. John to die for! Hannah is a fabulous host: accommodating, highly communicative, and always available. She provided a very extensive guide to all you need to know about the island and lots of recommendations on restaurants, beaches, trails.
