  • Sì, siamo nuovi sulla scena e abbiamo aperto l'1 ottobre. Mettici alla prova! L'unità è finalmente finita! Ampio monolocale con angolo cottura, zona pranzo esterna e vista sull'oceano. Può anche essere prenotato in combinazione con 1 camera da letto di lusso "Paradise Found" (1388497) per più spazio. Tutte le unità sono affittate singolarmente. Il nostro grazioso monolocale è situato a pochi minuti da Cruz Bay in una tranquilla comunità residenziale. Pulito e luminoso con una piccola cucina e bagno privato, è il trampolino perfetto per la vostra esplorazione della nostra bellissima isola. Vista sull'oceano e, a volte, viste su St Croix in una giornata limpida dal ponte e dal patio esterno per un caffè mattutino. Parcheggio in loco e assistenza in loco dal responsabile della proprietà. Siamo in grado di assistere con la fornitura di generi alimentari, ristoranti, noleggio auto e consigli per le escursioni dell'isola. Sedie a sdraio, racchette da tennis e refrigeratori disponibili.

Hannah was an amazing host and we loved her space. This was our first time on the island and she answered all of my questions from food to beach recommendations with very quick responses as well. We are already looking forward to coming back and staying at the same place.

The room was perfect for our needs! Great view, clean room and convenient location to both beaches and hiking. Hannah was very informative and responsive regarding our booking and provided helpful details.

Perfect for 2

This is exactly as advertised and close to Cruz Bay (about a 5min drive). It's clean, and has everything you need for the "on the go" travelers like we are.... comfortable bed, good shower, and cold A/C. We'd stay here again.

Perfect Retreat from the Northeast Spring

Cute, fun place, great views, plenty of amenities. I had a rental vehicle which made this an easy place to get to. Great spot and will definitely return in the future. Loved It.

Long weekend trip

Awesome studio home that had everything we needed. Hannah was an amazing host and communicated very well. The view was so nice, and we enjoyed that it was close to Cruz Bay and within a 20 minute drive of all the beautiful beaches on the north!

2 week stay

We stayed for 2 weeks in this unit and it was great. The location is minutes from town and the views were beautiful. We could watch the car barge in the morning, sunset later, and cruise ships passing by after dark.

Honeymoon

The place is definitely small but we didn’t need much space for just my husband and I to honeymoon. Hannah is so sweet and communicates well and very quickly when you need something.

2 nights in paradise

My husband and I needed a place to stay for 2 nights before checking in to a house with friends. The studio was peefect! Fabulous views, extremely clean, comfortable bed. Would definitely say again! Would suggest having a vehicle.

Nice cottage

The cottage was very nice and clean. Just as pictured on the website. Hannah was responsive. The location is a little difficult because it is off the beaten path and if you don't have a car, it can be difficult to get around.

Better than expected

There’s a small dining table with two chairs indoors in addition to the outdoors table set, as well as more outdoor seating that’s not shown in the listing. A/C very effective and quiet. Shower water pressure big. Beautiful sunset view from deck.

Great view

Overall our stay was good. The views from the deck are great, we saw some beautiful sunsets! We had some issues with parking as there seemed to be more units than parking spaces. Hopefully the third parking spot in the road has been addressed with the neighbor. Maybe signage could be added indicating who is authorized to park in the spot on the street.

Great location but …

Beautiful view. Fantastic deck. Along the taxi route to go into town—which is awesome. The unit had an unidentified smell that really bothered me. That said my girlfriend would absolutely stay there again given the great value. Me, not so much.

Fantastic stay!!

The place was perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed and location couldn’t have been better. We were very close to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beaches. Hannah was always available if we had questions. We were stuck there in a tropical storm and the owner George went above and beyond to help us out. Frequent power outages are a problem in St. John, however we had a generator, so cold air conditioning and running water was always ours. We will definitely be back!. I stayed two nights in the Paradise Suite. It was comfortable, cozy and clean. Working kitchen to prepare meals and coffee. Beach towels, beach chairs (I didn't use) and cooler provided for those amazing days on the beach. Trunk and Maho Bay are the most amazing beaches I have been to, and I have been to a lot around the world.A nice balcony overlooking Cruz Bay for amazing sunsets.Hannah was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She sends directions from Cruz Bay although I was able to rely on. Google Maps. The hot tip here is to download the offline Google Map of St. John to your phone.Hannah also let me drop some food off in the refrigerator before "officially" checking in. The hot tip here is bring food over from Cost U Less on St. Thomas.The only thing I would recommend is installing a shower caddy for placing soap and shampoo. Oh! The AC is slightly noisy and the bulb in the lamp by the bed needs changing.I would come to St. John again, and I would stay at Dream Life Properties.

The "Paradise Studio" room was clean, and basic. It was at the end corner of the building which allowed for a good view from 2 angles. It had what I needed for cooking and cleaning. The AC worked but there were no fans for when I chose to turn the AC off during cooler times of the morning and evening, with the windows open. It was a bit smaller than I anticipated but that was a personal perception. The communication was very good and directions were clear, and check-in was easy. The room is adequate. The view of the bay was nice and the outside table at the corner of the deck was enjoyable to sit for breakfast. There is also a table inside the room. This was my third stay at a rental/condo at USVI. Compared to the others the price was similar but a smaller space with less amenities. There was nothing wrong with this space, and I would have given it a 4.5 if that rating was available.

Good Value

The studio was as pictured, very clean and has everything you need for your stay. One note is that there are not sliding glass doors and for some reason the airflow from the available windows is limited. So, despite the Tradewinds, the unit seemed stagnate without using the air conditioning. This was a disappointment to us as we generally like to leave the windows open to listen to the lovely sounds of the frogs at night.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking was super convenient and easy. Communication with the host, Hannah, was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at Paradise Found to anyone visiting St. John!
