This unit is a 2Bd/2Ba unit located in Urban Cruz Bay. Perfect for friends or families wanting to vacation together. This gorgeous property is newly built, features a 70” Smart TV flat screen in living, additional TV in one Bdrm, two beautiful bedrooms with closet, chest drawers in each room both bedrooms with king beds, and ceiling fans. Perfect for a relaxing stay with family or a romantic interlude for two couples. A short 10 minute walk to restaurants, grocers, shops, pickleball and tennis MultiSport courts. Edgewater Villas offers beach chairs, beach towels, beach coolers, our vacation rental are newly built, modern spacious 2b/2ba unit, Kitchen is equip with coffee maker, dishes, pot, pans & utensils for cooking and eating, dishwasher, stainless kitchen sink, tall faucet, Stove electric glass top 5 burners stove top 1 warming burner with vent at rear of stovetop for bottom convection oven, Above Microwave & Vent, Refrigerator freezer. Dining table seating for 4; Living room is spacious with high speed wireless internet, large flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa, end table and chair, & coffee table. We had an amazing stay. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, very short walk into town to restaurants, shops and taxis to beaches. We didn’t rent a car while on the island but it wasn’t necessary based on the location. Nora and her husband were excellent hosts, available for any needs and really went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing trip and enjoyed all the sites. I would highly recommend the Edgewater. We can’t wait for a return trip in the future.

Edgewater Exceeds Expectations

We decided to take a quick trip to St John for the 4th of July. We wanted someplace close to the action in Cruz Bay, but also something that felt private. Edgewater was a short walk to town and also very secluded. Nora, was an amazing hostess and made sure we had everything we needed and helped make our stay superb.We absolutely loved it there and will definitely return soon. Thanks again to Norman and Bruce.

Walking distance to Cruz Bay, Dolphin Market, and transportation options, brand new, clean and bright, a/c was great, beds comfy, slept well, and the host Nora, is warm and welcoming, and so helpful. we had a great time!

Amazing stay!

My sisters and I went for a long weekend and this was an amazing place to stay! Nora and her husband were so helpful with giving recommendations and even picked us up from the ferry port and took our luggage back for us when we had a late departure time. They made everything super easy for us! The place was in amazing condition, everything is brand new with an amazing view of the water; and in a very convenient location, walking distance to everything around Cruz Bay! When we go back to St. John we will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Perfect brand-new getaway in Cruz Bay

We were impressed by this brand-new villa. It is walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shopping in Cruz Bay. The villa was as described. The great room was nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. Two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for two couples. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or afternoon cool off. We enjoyed the view overlooking the car ferries coming and going in and out of the bay. The host was very attentive and informative. We would highly recommend this villa.
