NEW TO VRBO!! Enjoy unobstructed views of the sparkling water from every room and heated pool. In addition to the large pool deck, there are expansive terraces on both levels that are perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail while taking in the mesmerizing scenery. The Villa features two air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite full baths. The first bedroom on the pool level is a King and the other bedroom can be set up as a King or 2 Twins. Both have comfortable furnishings, each designed to provide a tranquil retreat.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a stove, large microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is a half bath on this level as well. If you prefer, we also have a large outdoor gas grill. Relax on the comfortable couches in the living area to take in the amazing views.

The covered patio area is perhaps the favorite place to unwind with a table for eating and comfortable chairs to soak in the sweeping 180 degree views of Coral Bay, Norman Island, Tortolla, and beyond.

You are provided with a clothes washer and dryer, filtered/UV drinking water, and full Solar energy ensuring you will never worry about island power outages. We have Starlink wifi as well.

Feel free to utilize the provided beach chairs, floats, beach towels, and cooler when you head to any of the many beautiful beaches St. John has to offer.

You will be less than a three minute drive down to Coral Bay with its restaurants and grocery stores. Lunazul Villa is on a paved road high above the beautiful Caribbean waters.

Whether you are snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs, hiking through lush trails, or sailing to nearby islands, St John offers endless adventures right at your fingertips.

A fantastic stay in paradise!

This was one of our favorite trips which we have ever gone on! The view from this place was breath taking! Every day it was so special to wake up and be treated with the views over the bay! The area upstairs was perfect for playing games with friends, cooking food, and relaxing. The pool was nice to be able to chill and take in the views as well. Our room was great with everything for a perfect island vacation.We will definitely be back!!

Stunning views in paradise!

The views were spectacular in the mornings overlooking Coral Bay while we enjoyed our coffee! The Villa felt spacious and secluded on the hillside and the living areas and bedrooms were clean and tidy up on arrival. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed and then some. The pool and outdoor shower were also nice after a long day at the beach. We also enjoyed eating out at the restaurants around Coral Bay. Oh, and did I mention the view? It's worth mentioning twice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Beautiful vacation home

We loved staying at the Lunazul villa- the location above Coral Bay makes for gorgeous views from everywhere on the property. The kitchen was fully stocked to make meals and drinks at home. And the property management team was easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Utterly Amazing!

The photos did not do this property justice... much more luxury than expected! We will definitely return and pass on this amazing find to friends and family! The property was exceptionally clean and very convenient to the great local restaurants, and boat rentals which my family loves! Loved the fact that there was access to laundry as we are light packers! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful property with us!

Jaw-dropping views!

This property is amazing. The views are fantastic, you can see all of Coral Bay and beyond. Everything was clean and the property is spacious. I appreciated how large the driveway was, as I could easily turn around to get back on the road. The pool was lovely and just the right temperature. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. Will definately be returning!
