Marathon è una villa di nuova costruzione che sarà disponibile per l'affitto nell'estate 2018 e ora sta prendendo le prenotazioni!

Dopo una serata trascorsa sui ponti della Maratona a guardare l'incomparabile tramonto caraibico e gustando cocktail, brezze tropicali e, naturalmente, la reciproca compagnia, non vorrai mai andare in vacanza da nessun'altra parte. Immersa in vivaci giardini tropicali delle esclusive Virgin Grand Estates, questa villa con tre camere da letto è il luogo ideale in cui tornare a casa dopo aver trascorso la giornata esplorando St. John.

La maratona vanta incredibili viste su St. Thomas e le isole periferiche, a breve distanza dalle magnifiche spiagge North Shore o ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti a Cruz Bay. E per piacevoli giorni a casa, la villa offre una grande piscina e solarium, una cucina gourmet e spazi abitativi interni ed esterni arredati in modo confortevole

We had 3 adult couples and each had their own large bedroom & ensuite bathroom with exceptional views. In fact, the views from every room were fantastic. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for the week. The pool was fabulous and we lounged in it every day. I would highly recommend this villa and we would definitely stay here again.

We booked the villa through Catered To and also recommend them well. Abbey was a sweetheart who showed us around when we arrived. If you are not sure whether or not to book this villa, the answer is yes book it!

When we .firat got there we were a little disappointed in the pool, it looked very dark and we talked about our pool the year before being so bright and clear. After Mike, the pool person came a week later and treated it, the water color became much clearer. That was the only time we saw him and we question if he came back, because it never looked like it had been vacuumed. we kept it skimmed as best we could. That was the only negative, and a very small one!!! Everything else was fantastic! Mike, the maintenance person was super and fun to talk to! Thanks for everything!!!

We will book Marathon Villa again if it is available. If I were building a vacation home I would hire the designer. The house is so well laid out, well equipped, comfortable and relaxing.

Marathon Villa is an Absolute Dream!

All the properties before were lovely but Marathon Villa blew our socks off! The pictures do not begin to do this beautiful home justice. When we opened the doors to enter the deck, it took our breath away. The views are absolutely stunning from sun up to sun down. The pool was perfect. The outdoor furniture provided the perfect place for sunbathing or a nap. We loved the outdoor living room and spent most evenings outside. The owners of this property thought of everything! Linens and amenities were top notch. We were lacking in nothing. The kitchen was a dream. The Master Suite was perfect for me and my husband, spacious and so comfortable. Our teenagers had their own "suites" and loved the privacy. I could go on and on about how perfect this house is. Catered To was fantastic to work with and helped answer any questions we had. The Villa was so clean and ready for our arrival. Fantastic group! St. John has changed over the years but the people have stayed the same. We have never had anything but a wonderful experience here. We will return, and when we do it will be to Marathon Villa.
