“Host booked the wrong date at the resort and was totally unresponsive when we contacted him about the issue. Left us stranded at the airport in St Thomas. We had to pay 1900 to get a room for one night. Still have not heard from the host with an explanation or apology.”

“Beautiful villa, amazing location. The only hiccup was the Westin check in.....we received "welcome" info. 3 days later and also had trouble getting bathroom supplies filled (shampoo, conditioner, shower gels were empty). Staff replaced a missing coffee pot right away. Communication with owner was excellent and VRBO booking was efficient and went smoothly. We would most definitely rent from this owner again.”

“I have always loved the Westin St. John. We have really wonderful family memories from previous visits with my parents and my children when they were much younger. It was wonderful to be able to share those spots and some experiences with my Daughter-In-Law and our two Grandsons. “This property is the last building up two different hills. You do have access to the Weston but its not accurate the property is beachfront. You are probably a mile from the beach across a major road. They do have golf carts running constantly. They have to, its so far to walk and going uphill is very steep and long. “The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service.
