“This was exactly what I wanted! Simple, quiet with spectacular views! I was prepared to be off the grid… so the power outages were no big deal. I stayed in a treehouse with two teenagers. The pool is lovely. The restaurant food is great with an amazing view. The nearby Salt Pond Beach is beautiful and not crowded. There are several restaurants in nearby Coral Bay which were so fun to explore. Staff are quite responsive; though be prepared for things to need attention. Mostly...

“First of staff are so rude and checking time 4:30 pm. After long wait I get my room 4:45pm. In waiting lobby no complimentary water asked or Non of staff or hotel manager care about tourist who wait for 2 hours to get room. Amenities are not good enough. I don’t recommend. Not worth spend your hard working money. ”

“What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!”

“I cant say enough about our recent stay at Chris's unit. The view was spectacular and the deck is quite large. We spent all of our home time out there. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared breakfast every day..full size fridge. The bedroom is kind of like a loft which ioved because i could see the sunrise from bed if i was too lazy to get up. The bed is new, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location was ideal. Very close to great beaches and being near Redhook was great....

“The room was dark and depressing and the second bedroom looked like a low rent apartment in Los Angeles. There was one, unremarkable restaurant at the hotel and no room service. Breakfast entailed walking across the property to a deli/mini mart that was akin to airport food (mostly grab and go). Tons of staff driving empty shuttles around, but no room service and minimal housekeeping? “The room was very clean. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need (utensils, plates, glassware etc.). The view was amazing. The hotel grounds were so clean. The staff was courteous. The pool and beach were clean and well maintained. They had activities throughout the day to keep you occupied, some free some for a small fee. My only con was the restaurant, it was ok. Food was good but not amazing. ”
