Resort a St. Thomas

“Staff was great some amenities like the gym were older.”

“Pros: Chris was a wonderful host she checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. She was very prompt to respond and accommodate our request for additional beach towels. Also offered to arrange activities for us. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The Sun & Sea Bar & Grill was nice and the Staff were very friendly and fun. Lion Fish Grill was also very nice on the higher end. Food and drinks were good at both places. Maintenance allowed us to use their shop vac to get the sand out of...

“We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. The beach was well maintained and clean of seaweed. The staff at the Club were very welcoming and helpful. The in-room service and housekeeping were great! It truly was like a home away from home. The taxi...

“The Condo was clean, large, and well-appointed. It was a 3rd floor corner unit and we had excellent views and a nice breeze at all times. Beach and pool were both very, very nice. Our family of 6 were very comfortable in the accomodations. We will definitely stay here our next time on St. Thomas.”

“We turned to Vacation Candy at the last minute when we realized our passport had expired and we couldn't travel abroad. What a find! The Ritz in St. Thomas is amazing. Excellent staff and service you expect from the Ritz. Beautiful, comfortable facilities. Lots to do whether you stay on the property or go exploring. Be sure to visit St. Johns. Wonderful trip. Can't wait to go back.”

“Love this resort. Perfect blend of beach, pool and activities. The staff and amenities were great - we had all the amenities of a hotel resort but felt like we had our own place all to ourselves. The condo was modern, equipped and beautifully decorated. We found it's central location perfect for everything - shopping, dinner etc.”

“Everything was great other than one of the toilets didn’t really work the whole time we were there, which left 4 of us sharing one bathroom. ”

“We had such a lovely time at the resort!!! The room was beautiful and exactly as pictures, and details noted! GORGEOUS VIEW!!! It was easy to maneuver around the resort and get help when needed! The pool was perfect, and the beach better. We just loved the ongoing interactive activities at the pool each day! There was wonderful snorkeling too, which included a shoal of squid, barracuda, eel, and so many more! Thank you so much!!!”

“We booked thru VRBO for a week at Frenchmens Cove. Property was beautiful as we were put in the Tortola building with excellent views!”

“Everything was as advertised. Great view of the ocean. Our 3 bedroom was spacious, comfortable and location was ideal. Lots to do on property for kids. Definitely recommend ”

“The room was very clean. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need (utensils, plates, glassware etc.). The view was amazing. The hotel grounds were so clean. The staff was courteous. The pool and beach were clean and well maintained. They had activities throughout the day to keep you occupied, some free some for a small fee. My only con was the restaurant, it was ok. Food was good but not amazing. ”

“Host was very inconsiderate during a time of military actions that we had no control over. The knee people could not leave or arrive to the island and offered a consolation of stay extension knowing this was the main problem. This will also be reflected in my public review as well. ”

“Great property, very clean, well run. Nice for adults and kids. Easy to get around the property. Have some groceries on property so you don’t have to go to town every time you need anything. Kids loved the waterslide and activity center. We had a wonderful vacation, thank you! ”

“Good location. Pool was nice.”
