“The ladies at the front desk were extremely rude and unfriendly. Every time I called with a question, they responded with attitude and were not welcoming at all.
To make matters worse, we found three roaches in the kitchen area. I called the front desk to ask if they had a rodent or pest problem, and I was told yes. The only solution they offered was to move us to another room.
Unfortunately, this completely ruined my vacation. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Save yourself the...

“We were so fortunate to have found this beautiful timeshare at the Ritz-Carlton Club Residence. We stayed in a 3 bedroom/ 3 1/2 bath residence that was very clean and most importantly it was a much welcomed air conditioned place. The pools were so nice and clean and right outside our place. The beach was well maintained and clean of seaweed. The staff at the Club were very welcoming and helpful. The in-room service and housekeeping were great! It truly was like a home away from home. “The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well.
The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site.
Highly recommend and will definitely return!”
