“One day they forgot to clean the room, they offer me to clean it when I told them but it was late in the afternoon (5pm) and I needed the room for me. Laundry service dirty my jacket, they wash it again and solved the problem. They don’t have bags for laundry. In any case, room was clean and new. The room don’t have wardrobe. The hot water of the shower was almost cold.”
