“We had paid for reservation for 4 rooms for 4 people. Arrived late night/early morning 3.00 am and find out there are no rooms available because the hotel is being renovated. They directed us to go to a different hotel providing no further assitance. Why they accept reservation and payment when the rooms do not exist is any body's guess. They left us starnded. What if it was a family who has never travelled to Freetown before. Bad experience. ”

“Ciao, questo è stato il mio primo viaggio a Freetown, ero in pensiero ma arrivato al hotel il direttore mi ha fatto sentire a casa mía. C’è sicurezza le 24 ore, lui è sempre disponibile, e anche il staff. La stanza perfecta, buon letto, ho dormito bene. “We very much enjoyed our stay. The owners and manager were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were shown the facility and all the amenities personally by the manager. We got a good nights sleep as the beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The food in the restaurant was also excellent.”

“The entire experience was simple and convenient. The owner was responsive and the local team was receptive and accessible. I even enjoyed getting out to walk in through early mornings. Having services close because of the nearby market was a definite plus. If my need permits for this area in the future, I would definitely stay here.”
