Hotel vicino a St. Johns Racquet Center - Portland

“Nothing. Terrible staff. Unclean. They checked me out 1 day early and someone from the hotel absconded with my $58 in groceries. The didn’t care!!! They put all of my personal items in a large trash bag. I hope that the person that stole my groceries really needed them.”

“On the outside this motel is falling apart, but the room was really nice inside, and I would return!”

“No Wi-Fi at the 4th floor ! The connection was really bad at that floor ”

“There was a loud annoying humming all day & night my first night here. The maintnnace man came up and said, "it was probably the fan on the roof". Very irritating.”

“Decent option for economy choice, but overall bit run down. Our room had distinct dog smell and beds were kinda lumpy. Shower head was leaking and the faucet was weirdly loose (but worked). Pretty good breakfast! We didn’t use pool, but it looked okay. Not walkable area, except little convenience store, but about 10-15 min drive to a lot of things.”

“Great location as the hotel is right on the waterfront and close to restaurants and shops. Staff is always friendly and the room was clean.”

“Upon arrival I was greeted by Isabel who was so kind from the time I arrived to the time I left. Later that first day I met Duncan & he was such a ray of sunshine throughout my whole stay. He went above and beyond every time I had a question or an ask. His customer service is 10/10 & he seemed so genuinely glad to be there. He gave off such good vibes! My room was clean & exactly what I needed during my solo stay. I’ll definitely be back! :)”

“Parking and access were terrible and mini=pool was useless for swimming laps.”

“I had paid on Expedia, but the desk clerk charged me again. I would usually notice, but was exhausted from being with family at St Vincent's. I told 2 other clerks and they said they were aware, but couldn't do anything about it. I am back home, no emails, out $224. A refund would be great.”

“Location is to get to from freeway and within 10-15 min to downtown. Rooms and lobby are clean, lovely breakfast , great parking.”

“Arrived and the place was clean and looked nice. While checking in at 11pm the person checking us in was very sweet and nice. He me into a nice room real quick. The room was very clean and beds comfy. Will stay again! Thank you!”

“Self parking was available on-site in a basement garage. Very tight parking even for smaller vehicles. Being tired from a day of driving, I managed to scratch the side of my vehicle on one of the support columns. Apparently, on-street parking is available, but I would probably be uncomfortable with that, also.”
