“The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.”

“This hotel is very falsely advertised. The bed was made, but the floors and bathrooms were disgusting. The tub was stained. The walls were stained. The window AC did not work. The room, and entire hotel, reeked of cigarettes and sex. I stayed for no more than 10 minutes and checked out. Between the LED lights in the hallway, no locks on the inside of the door, huge mirrors facing the bed, and the condoms in the vending machine, this was obviously an “adults activity” hotel. “The hotel was not as shown in the pictures. The bedroom was completely dirty and smelly. The sheets were also dirty, with holes of cigarette burns. It felt completely unsafe, the room next to ours had the door broken because it had been forced, and the staff downstairs didn’t check any ID apart from the reservation one. There were people shouting the whole night in the corridors, and car races in the street, with everything being heard from the inside of the room. The zone is also scary and...

“I’m in a domestic violence situation with my 11year old daughter and I lost my identification and was unable to check into the hotel I tried calling several times and now I’m in the street with my daughter for 3 days already and still have not received my refund..that’s the last money I had left I’ve been paying for hotels the last 3 months and it’s taking forever for someone to get back to me”
