“Eccellente luxury hotel ad Hong Kong. Situato vicino alla metro di Admiralty ed ai famosi tram che percorrono l'isola di Hong Kong. Camera Horizon molto grande e con vista spettacolare. avevo chiesto un piano alto e mi hanno dato il 53°. Bagno enorme e con tutti i confort. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale tutto gentilissimo e sorridente. Colazione di alta qualità con vastissima scelta tra dolce e salato. Sono presenti anche molti piatti asiatici. Ho utilizzato la spettacolare Horizon luonge....

“I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. ”

“Not as expected. Very noisy air-conditioning and the clubs downstairs play music until the morning. I had to sleep with my noise cancelling headphones... The staff tries hard but the overall quality of the hotel and the noise compromise the stay.
Talcum powder on the bed was not very nice...
I believe there are better options in different areas of the city.
I suggest to spend less and go to easier places or spend more and go to a five star hotel.”
“Hotel seppur stile anni 80, è pulito e ben tenuto. Camere non molto grandi ma ok per standard asiatici. Wi-fi ottima in tutta la struttura. Navetta da e per la stazione centrale comodissima. L’hotel si trova a Mid-level quindi dovete salire a piedi o prendere un taxi se tornate tardi e la scala mobile chiude. Ho passato un giorno intero chiuso per un tifone e mi sono sentito molto al sicuro. Staff gentile.”

"The hotel confortable and it is located in a very good area in the city center and it is near a very beautiful buddist temple Man Mo. the staff has been very friendly, they have suggested me many place to go, they have been very nice "
"Mixed feelings about this place. The hotel is in an excellent spot, 5 minutes walking from the peak train, just close to the botanic garden, in front of a bus stop and 2 minutes from the centre-mid levels escalators. I had a single room, which was small but with a decent bathroom, bed was definitely too hard for me though, didn't sleep well at all. Cleaning was done every day, but in an erratic way. The very first day despite leaving the "Please make up the room" sign on the door, I left my room at 10 Am and found it still not made at 4 PM. The second I entered my room, the cleaning staff came, so I had to leave the room again.
The swimming pool, which was one of the reasons I chose this place, was closed.
The hotel restaurant, where I had breakfast once, is absolutely terrible, my breakfast was the worst meal I had during my entire trip.
During my stay the front desk/reception/conciergerie staff I spoke with was definitely mixed. Some of them, let's say 2 of them, were definitely nice and helpful. The other ones were as nice and lovely as a colonoscopy with sandpaper, which is pretty annoying considering how much I paid for this place (120€ per night, with no breakfast). So, would I come back here? Maybe, but just for the great position, definitely not for the staff or the services provided"
