“Front desk was super nice and room was great”

“The staff was friendly. The breakfast was fresh and person in area was very nice. My room faced pool and fire pit. Every night guest were sitting at fire pit until 12MN. Very disrupting and difficult to sleep. Called front desk and she did ask them to quiet down but 12 people talking outside your room makes it difficult to sleep. Think there should be a cut off time of fire pit use.”

“We liked the set up of the room. The main reason for rating it 3 stars is the scent factor. When we entered the room, the scent was so strong that we left the door open for a bit to try and air the room out. I think it was probably the cleaning products but they left such an overpowering odor that we decided to head back out rather than relax in the room. Also, and this is on me for not doing my research, but there was no breakfast options. That is a hard way to start the day.”

“The staff was helpful and the linens are good quality. The tv reception wasn't great, and the remote did not work well at all. The sofa in our room was super low as was the toilet. The breakfast was mediocre but substantial.”

“Parking is easy No hand soap, no shower gel. Ask about it at front desk was told it was ordered. We were there 2 nights. They did give us a bar of soap. Rooms smell somewhat musty. They need to take out the carpet.”

“Staff was super helpful and check in was a breeze. Kudos to staff for the warm welcome and for being so accommodating. Room was clean but a little musty coming from sheets. Otherwise, it was nice and spacious and right in front of pool. Location of hotel was convenient to stadium and nearby restaurants and shopping. Amenities were good. Continental Breakfast was good and coffee and tea available 24/7.”
