“I had a horrible stay. I was scared for my life during the late night hours. When I arrived the front desk lady only spoke Spanish and was not able to help me find my room. I had to have a person staying there help me. There were people screaming all night. It seems like people on drugs use this place to stay at. Do not stay here at all. I was up til 3 am because of all of the noise. Would love a refund. ”

“Siamo arrivati in serata, la ricezionesta molto gentile ci ha detto che la piscina non era agibile, le abbiamo chiesto delle monete per la lavanderia ma non le aveva a disposizione. La camera aveva un forte odore di cloro, il copriletto era bucato, la doccia era sporca ed impresentabile agli ospiti, l aria condizionata non funzionava, il materasso era molle e scomodo e non c’era nemmeno il frigorifero. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto sul sito web. ”

“The room was so bad that we checked out immediately because the smell was horrific. Room very dirty bathtub multiple large cracks in it towel stained toilet dirty with spots of urine on the toilet seed. By far the office place I've ever seen. I'm requesting my a full refund since we didn't stay in the room and we had to go and rent another room in another hotel because it was that bad”

“El chico de seguridad y en recepcion, fueron muy amables en todo momento. Lo malo es que creo que deberian actualizar las fotos que tienen para promocionar el hotel porque llegas y te encuentras algo totalmente distinto,todo esta en pesimo estado muy dańado,la limpieza es buena al menos en la habitacion que me dieron,pero fuera de eso la mayoria de muebles rotos y en mal estado,ahora entiendo porque no hacen reembolsos..!!! ”
