Hotel all inclusive a St. Lawrence Gap

“I have been to many resorts and this is the first time i have had issues with my stay. The lack of dining options, lack of staff enthusiasm to assist and be informative and the lack of entertainment options was shocking. All inclusive's tend to have all night options for the previously stated. We also tried to book an excursion and the "coms" were down making it really difficult to get it done. “The first thing to say is how good the staff were. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is good, beach is nice and located on the St Lawrence Gap. The Oro restaurant has really good food, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice and the Italian evening menu has a good selection too (although not that Italian, ie no Spaghetti Bolognese, which disappointed my daughter). “We understood that it was not peak vacation time in Barbados, but the resort was empty. The resort did not conduct any activities they had listed for the pool or the beach. No music being played - very low key. Restaurant choices very limited and one night there was even same menu two nights in a row. Very limited buffets. LOVED the staff at the spa! Definitely visit. The room was beautiful - very spacious and the view was wonderful.”
