“All was perfect ”

“The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. “The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable”

“This was a marvelous place. Very cozy, clean and well decorated. Very quiet, even though it was sold out for the night. Breakfast was amazing and the hostesses were polite, helpful and very friendly. Will definitely return. ”

“Upon arrival, we were greeted by an amazing employee April. She was handling a difficult call when we walked in, but still managed to make eye contact and address us until she could help. Once she finished, she processed us into the room quickly and efficiently all while chatting about the area and what we could do in the short time we did have. Such a pleasure to meet someone who enjoys their job and greets the customers with a smile. ”

“Our room was small, but clean. We were right by the elevator shaft and it was incredibly noisy at all hours. For some reason at 1:36am someone felt that was a good time to do some sort of work in the elevator and there was what sounded like hammering for about 30 mins on and off that was annoying. Luckily, it didn’t wake our baby. The TV also didn’t work for several hours due to some cable issues, but I can’t say that was the hotels fault. Staff was friendly. Location of the hotel is great....

“I have booked this property several times and stayed and never had any of the issues that I had during this stay. To begin there was six of us divided by three rooms. One of the rooms was paid for in advance and the other two chose to pay at the property which we had to pay extra money to do so. Around 6 o'clock the day of check-in, the property call saying that if we did not pay by 7 o'clock, they were going to cancel the room. I never had an issue with paying when I arrived at the property so...

“We had a wonderful stay at Element Hotel. Very clean, quiet, convenient location. We felt safe here and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room our family of 5 stayed in was spacious and had a wonderful kitchenette. We would stay here again. ”
