The breakfast is have the same thing every year that we’ve gone there they have waffles, cereals, little pastries, and oranges, but they never have eggs and sausage. “We are traveling with a 90 year old. The elevator is not working so she is having to climb stairs every time we leave. This hotel should not be able to advertise breakfast. Oatmeal mix packets and granola bars at the end of the check in counter is not breakfast. The room smells like smoke when we enter. Advertised kitchen items are not available when needed. ”

“Everything is clean and the staff is amazing. We stay in a lot of hotels and travel a lot, and the staff at the Hampton Inn in Gilroy is really one of the best. However, their breakfast are awful. Again the staff does their best, but the food quality is really bad. Also, we had a seven day stay and we needed to request housekeeping. And most of the hotels where we stay if you’re over three days, you automatically get a housekeeping. I think they should rethink that policy because it’s kind of...

“Don’t recommend for families. Tv was broken because previous guest punched tv. AC did not cool down room. WiFi was spotty. Hotel located in safe area of town. Only positive about this location. Left after 20 min and booked a room somewhere else. ”

“This motel is in very poor condition. It is run down, scuffed up, looks dirty. Check in is brief to an employee behind a window. Easy parking in front of your room. No real amenities. Thin walls - could hear the tv from next room so couldn't sleep. Towels and bedding are rough basics. Needed a hair dryer - an employee came to our room and installed one on the wall (that was nice of her). They said no one had ever asked for one in our room. It was safe but I felt uncomfortable in this...

“We stayed here for a soccer tournament. The room was clean, AC worked and the kids all enjoyed the large backyard and even swam in the pool, in February! Location was perfect. Will stay again next year”
