“The pool was so nice and clean! The staff was super friendly and helpful! My son and I enjoyed playing air hockey in the game room as well! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone whether it’s a couple, friends, or family!”

“Clean, but my room was facing the highways and loud. The AC was also not the greatest, so sleeping was difficult and the air was bone dry. Okay place to stay, but shows its age.”

“The hotel has a horrible smell. The rooms smelled awful. I came with a group, some had no AC and the staff only offered a fan. The rooms were not cleaned very well. The kitchen area counters were sticky and had stuff still on them. The paint was coming off in the bathroom. There was no iron, only an iron board. The tv did not work. This hotel is a rip off and they should be ashamed of themselves. It is do for an absolute overall makeover.”

They kept using the excuse that they just took over the property, but then were unable to help with basically anything. Here are a list of things that are an issue: No sign on where to check in (building 3 is the correct answer), The lawn is not cut at all, so zero use of the benches outside, Old furniture piled up outside, New TV's in the room are ROKU and not hooked up to internet and/or none of the...

“The fitness center had a sign that says employees only, there was no continental breakfast as advertised, not even coffee in the lobby. There was hair in our bed and also in our Jacuzzi. Staff entered our room with the DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging. Sink was almost completely detached from the counter.”
