“What I didn’t like was the fact that I checked in having made a reservation a few weeks ahead. When I went in the room it smelled so strong of cleaner I didn’t think I could stand it and the tile was so wet thought I might slip down, but thought I would try. I decided to take my shoes off and my socks were soaking wet. The carpet must have just been cleaned , therefore the strong odor. I decided to call the front desk and the room telephone had no dial tone and wouldn’t work. So I went and was...

“First our room had a very strong sent of bleach after the second day the smell was gone. In certain areas of the hotel towards the far ends of the hallway, you can smell the musty mildew. They use diffusers with a great sent I can only imagine to cover the musty mildew smell. The staff is awesome; the amenities are great. I will have to look into other hotels in the same area to see if they are compatible to this hotel for our next visit.”
