“Great staff”

“Perfect hotel in a perfect location for a city break. Luxury and serenity, right in the guts of the bustle of Chinatown. Every design detail was stunning and considered, right down to the kettle in the room and the buttons in the lift. From the wall art to the lobby chairs to the tiles in the pool; everything was beautiful it made you feel fancy but also full of heart so you felt truly comfortable. The staff across the board were an absolute delight, relaxed, friendly and helpful to a tee. ...

“One day they forgot to clean the room, they offer me to clean it when I told them but it was late in the afternoon (5pm) and I needed the room for me. Laundry service dirty my jacket, they wash it again and solved the problem. They don’t have bags for laundry. In any case, room was clean and new. The room don’t have wardrobe. The hot water of the shower was almost cold.”

“Posto molto tranquillo, dalla piscina si possono vedere le Petronas Town, e la KL towns, vicino ci sono dei ristoranti belli, e anche un Sky Bar appena aperto. I padroni sono un po' appiccicosi, vogliono sempre che bevi, però lo spettacolo del panorama e'assicurato, bevi e ne ne vai. Poi ci sono dei street food indiani, se avete lo stomaco forte, sia per il peperoncino e la sporcizia allora si può fare. Le camere sono bellissime io ho preso un'appartamento suite.
