“From the moment we arrived we had a wonderful experience. Jordan on reception was outstanding, looking after us, going above and beyond for my husbands birthday. Our room was stunning, with every comfort, amazing views. The Petersham is a little paradise on Richmond Hill, we will definitely be back. ”

“Very welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Everything was explained and nothing was to much trouble. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent extras in the room . The only downside was the toilet and even though it was obscured glass cubicle it was slightly off putting knowing your silhouette was outlined whilst …….doing your business. Apart from that highly recommended hotel , great stay . ”

“Assegnata all'arrivo una camera di categoria inferiore a quella prenotata (e pagata). Abbiamo subito segnalato l'errore ma solo dopo due giorni a seguito di una nostra ulteriore richiesta di chiarimenti ci e' stata assegnata con molte scuse una camera del tipo richiesto (ma con wi fi non funzionante) e, a titolo di risarcimento, abbiamo avuto la colazione pagata per tre giorni. Buono il centro benessere in comune con l'hotel confinante. Comunque Richmond e' davvero molto bella.”
