“Assegnata all'arrivo una camera di categoria inferiore a quella prenotata (e pagata). Abbiamo subito segnalato l'errore ma solo dopo due giorni a seguito di una nostra ulteriore richiesta di chiarimenti ci e' stata assegnata con molte scuse una camera del tipo richiesto (ma con wi fi non funzionante) e, a titolo di risarcimento, abbiamo avuto la colazione pagata per tre giorni. Buono il centro benessere in comune con l'hotel confinante. Comunque Richmond e' davvero molto bella.”

Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. The staff were really good and helpful i didnt feel i needed anything more for the amount this cost me. Thank you to the gentleman who were at reception and were a friendly bunch.
