“The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. ”

“Tout a été parfait ...nous avons parti le lave-vaisselle, avons laissé volontairmeent plus de 6 bières en cannettes et une bouteille de Jim Bean et il se peut que la femme de ménage trouve une pince à billets de banque des Steelers en metal avec 250$ canadien et 105 dollars US ! Il serait apprécié de ravoir la pince et les devises canadiennes et ferait cadeau des devices américaines cette pince ayant une valeur sentimentale. Merci pour tout Jean-Marc Bénard”

“Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....
