“Recent stay for two nights in a studio room with two adults & three children while visiting an ailing family member.
Our stay started off poorly when we pulled back the sheets on both beds the first night and found brown stains on the bedding. We notified the front desk immediately and were moved to another room. “I did not have any concerns about my stay. The man that greeted me was cordial to me. He checked me in , gave me my key and off to my room. I was pleasantly happy with my room. Very clean, blankets were nice and my bed was comfortable. The next morning I went for coffee and breakfast however, it was minimal... Still no concerns. I feel for the price I paid on Expedia I would stay again.

“This felt like a joke. I actually went back to the photos listed hoping I was remembering a different hotel because the beautiful, fresh looking hotel was NO WHERE to be seen. The renovations must have been done years ago. The pool area was overrun with red ants and had multiple pieces of broken chairs.
For a positive, the staff were great! Friendly and welcoming. The breakfast workers were especially on top of things and the food was good.
