“The basement parking was a problem due to the unpleasant smell. However, its proximity to the light rail makes it easier to access.”

“Property is across the road from Westmead Public Hospital and I needed additional parking after the 10,00 am checkout. At time of check-in there was a sign in the office advising that extended parking would cost guests $15 and non guests $25. During the evening I rang desk from room and was advised that extended parking to 1.00pm would cost $15. At checkout I was advised that extended parking up to 12 noon was free and that after 12 noon the cost was $6 per hour. Three different rates including...

“Really clean room with comfortable bed. nice helpful staff . Walk to everything parramatta has to offer . Only negative is if you own a big long car, then car park under building may be a challenge . ”

“Booked a room 7 months in advance, was given a completely different room upon check-in, of lesser value. Wasn’t told this was going to be the case during check-in, was told the a staff member that nothing could be done as there were no rooms available. Towels and bath mat were stained and mold in the shower, was very disappointing.”

“We stayed for three nights. The unit was clean and spacious. The oven, micro wave, washing machine and dryer are all modern and work well. The unit is close to both Westmead hospital which is why we choose it. We would happily stay there again.”

“Appartamento pessimo, buchi nei muri, moquette rovinatissima è sporca. Doccia distrutta con doccino mancante. Macchie di umidità ovunque. In camera da letto c’era una specie di lucernario con luce naturale che non si poteva coprire e quindi con la luce in camera alle 5 del mattino. Cucina senza alcun tipo di utensileria. Chiesto un cambio camera ma ci è stato rifiutato!”

“The room smelt filthy, there was hair in the bed and mould in the shower. The lifts and corridors smelt foul. We were so disgusted that we left and booked a room elsewhere for the night. Unfortunately this apartment looks nothing like the photos and definitely isn’t worthy of the rating currently listed on this website.”
