“It's not like what Marriott property are , its like normal hotels in mussoorie. Nothing special , there breakfast and dinning area is also small , very less variety in breakfast , staff is very slow Food is ok ok ”

All the common utility places, like wash room near dinning areas was flithy & at reception was dirty at all time . spaces near Staircase was flithy. Teres and othe open areas are also dirty. Open spaces show torned up plastic sac, and waste materials. corridor al;ways show dirty linens and other cleaning materilas stored in open. food quality was good Staff is curteous and ...

“It’s a low maintained property, staff is neutral. Geyser in 1 washroom didn’t work and another washroom had water leakage. Both rooms were wet when we checked in and after taking shower rooms were filled with water. Breakfast was average.”
