“In the description it stated self parking included, washer and dryer. There was no parking. We had to park in a structure 10 + minutes away at an additional $10 cost. There was only a washing machine, and the machine was not hooked up to the water. After contacting the owner, they did not know why it was not hooked up, and when asked about the dryer, stated there was no dryer, places do not have dryers. My husband had to look at the washing machine and noticed it was not hooked up to...

“Clean comfortable large room but the rest of the facilities are minimal . We skipped breakfast as not much on offer”

“Property clean and convenient to Seaham. Two short flights of stairs to rooms with 3 sets of doors to go through. No lift and no help to get luggage to room. Registration at bar and staff was busy with patrons so check in and out took time. Parking on site. Security good. ”

“Staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean, with an excellent view. But the bed was not very comfortable, and the heating was not brilliant. The fixtures and fittings were worn and dated. Breakfast was ok, but could do with a decent coffee machine as you would find in similar setups. So in short, a potentially lovely place that just needs investment to upgrade it.”
