“More BnB than hotel. Clean and comfortable. No staff on site key left for access. Work well for me. Good nights sleep”

“Shower was slippery could have done with a mat in the shower. Also the view overlooking air conditioning pipes.”

“First time I stayed in the seaburn inn as I stay in Sunderland a lot but from now on that’s the only place I’ll stay Staff- very helpful. Even late at night, remote broken for TV and went out their way to get me a new one. Just all round brilliant”

“Pleasant stay at the Seaton Lane Inn with a little hiccup of no towels in the room on arrival but was remedied straightaway. Check in was quick and easy although steep stairs to the upper level of the Inn rooms. May be a little difficult for older people to negotiate these. Had food in the restraunt one night and enjoyed the steak which was cooked as asked and the service was also good from the waiter. Check out was also quick and easy so a very good stay at a good hotel.”

“It's a fantastic place to stay, but the wallpaper which is fab could do with glueing down in the room we stayed in 132. Also herb sausage is not breakfast sausage, maybe do just pork or beef sausage. Everything else was fantastic lovely stay.”

“It's a very nice hotel with plenty of charm and a really nice location. Cruise ships and other large ships come right past and it's not far of a walk to the main beach area and Pleasure Beach and was nice and quiet for our stay. Hard to fault the hotel in general. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff were friendly. The rooms were roomy and looked nice but unfortunately the pieces didn't add up to what I had hoped for. It was a hot weekend and fortunately quiet so we could have the window...
