“It was a little pricey, but I chose this hotel because of the location to Graceland & it has a pool. We were too tired to swim, but were quite impressed that the pool was guitar-shaped. Breakfast was good - had a good mixture of hot & cold items - and there were at least 2 workers that were making sure everything was stocked and even checking up on each of us. They will shuttle you to Graceland. I would stay here again.”

“The separating door did not have a knob that closed to separate rooms and breakfast was quite limited. Otherwise, accommodation was as expected.”

“The property was not as shown on website. The rooms had a bad smell. The beds need to thrown away along with the rest of the furniture. The fire dectors in one the room hanging of the wall. The staffing was unprofessional with there appearance. Clean that building up and you can get better businesses. Nasty! Nasty!”

“My husband & I were just passing through on vacation so we only stayed for one night & checked in late but the front desk was extremely friendly. The room was nice & clean & we enjoyed the breakfast.”

“Breakfast was sparse and had to ask for items-bathtub needs refurbishing-sink and shower water was yellow last night and again this morning even after running for a while. Plenty of hot water in room. Beds very comfortable and ac worked fine. No elevator and carpet on steps needed vacuuming. TV did not work which was disappointing!”

“Hotel is clean however service is poor. Air conditioner cannot change the direction of fan, you cannot sit in front the table as the fan is blowing to you. It is bad. Not good to stay.”

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”

“When we arrived, there were problems with the room and the staff that was on the premises did what they could to fix things. We were booked to stay two nights so we spoke with the manager the next morning and while we were out, he got everything fixed. The Western Inn is a family owned hotel and they are in the process of renovating. From what we have seen, they are doing a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are a nice size.
