“This was hands down the best stay I have ever had anywhere. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating.”

“Light bulb out in bathroom. Floor in room filthy. Floor in room has 2 pieces missing between dresser and bed. Faucet in sink sprays water all over sink. Breakfast this morning had 1 piece of bed and no cereal. Ice machines not working. TV remote not working, tried 3 remotes and also had to replace TV. Only saving grace was their militance man (Dan), he replaced bulb and finally got the remote to work (third one).”

“Overall the property and rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, you can hear people in the above rooms. The water was lukewarm and never reached a hot temperature. The elevators were out of order and you had to take the stairs. I have stayed at these hotels before in other places and never had any issues.”

“Room was clean, missing a smoke detector in room, definitely needs some updated, stairs were worn out and not the cleanest. They only had cereal for the breakfast, pool was absolutely disgusting and had a live duck swimming in it, kinda had a mildewy smell throughout ”

“This property is beautiful and unique. The room was clean, the bed was good! It is also 1 block away from the Lorraine Motel (National Civil Rights Museum) and 5 blocks from Beale St. The staff were so helpful and kind, especially Ms. Lamaria. Very stylish and homey atmosphere . I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back,”

We were booked to stay two nights so we spoke with the manager the next morning and while we were out, he got everything fixed.
