Disclaimer: This property is in excellent condition and fully ready for guests; however, please note that the surrounding area has been impacted by two recent hurricanes. We appreciate your understanding as the community continues its recovery.

Nestled along the tranquil intracoastal, Bluefin is a coastal retreat designed for relaxation and connection. With five spacious bedrooms, three baths, and breathtaking water views, this home is perfect for families and friends looking to escape the everyday.

Step inside, and you'll find an open-concept living space on the second floor, where natural light pours in through a wall of sliding glass doors. The living room invites you to sink into a plush sectional, the perfect spot for unwinding after a day in the sun. Just beyond, the dining area and kitchen create a seamless space for gathering, whether you're enjoying a meal together or sipping wine from the built-in wine fridge. With stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, the kitchen is fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to home-cooked dinners. But the true heart of the home lies just outsidestep onto the expansive balcony, where cozy seating and panoramic views of the intracoastal set the scene for quiet mornings or golden-hour cocktails.

The second floor also offers two beautifully appointed bedroomsone with a king-size bed, the other with a queenboth sharing a hall bath. As you make your way upstairs, the third floor welcomes you with three more bedrooms. The primary suite is a sanctuary of its own, featuring a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony, perfect for catching the sunrise in peace. Down the hall, one bedroom boasts a queen bed and a charming bay window, while the other offers two twin beds, ideal for younger guests or friends traveling together. These rooms share a bright and airy hall bath.

Out back, a heated pool and spa await, offering the perfect way to cool off or soak under the stars. Whether you're lounging poolside, dining al fresco, or simply taking in the beauty of the water, Bluefin is designed to make every moment feel like a getaway.

Important Information:

This home is spacious and ideal for family vacations, but it is not available for weddings or large events beyond its accommodation capacity.

Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.

A security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, which is refundable if no damages occur.

Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.

House was in a nice location and check process and communication with owner was fine. The pool and hot tub were disappointing as they only worked for 12 hours of our total stay. The house is a bit run down. The first thing we saw when beginning to cook dinner were cockroaches in the drawers and later found roaches in the upstairs bathroom.
