Nuovissimo, molto spazioso, elegante, condominio nel cuore di Clearwater Beach con vista mozzafiato sul balcone che si affaccia sull'acqua.


Questa tre camere da letto (1 king, 2 queen), due bagni condominio si trova nell'edificio Harborview Grande Condo desiderabile. Costruito di recente nel 2006, offre oltre 1800 piedi quadrati di spazio con un'apertura balcone di ampiezza (400 piedi quadrati) nella camera da letto principale e soggiorno che offre una vista mozzafiato sulla via navigabile intra-costiera verso il centro di Clearwater. A pochi passi dalle spiagge bianche di Clearwater Beach ea pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi, mini-golf, bar / discoteche, Pier 60 e il porto turistico. Ho fatto di tutto per rendere questo condominio una casa calda ed elegante lontano da casa. Poiché si tratta di un condominio di recente costruzione, tutto sembra nuovo di zecca. La mia parte preferita del condominio si sta svegliando e guardando l'alba dal letto e guardando la famiglia di delfini che ho visto giocare ogni giorno giocosamente sotto il balcone. Sì, questo significa che puoi vedere chiaramente una famiglia di delfini dal comfort del tuo balcone. Spero sinceramente che ti innamori di questo appartamento come me !!

Questa unità dispone di mobili belli in toni scuri con colori caldi accento nei tappeti e tende. Dieci piedi alti soffitti. Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia separata e una grande vasca. Il soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto. Tutte e tre le camere hanno una TV a schermo piatto. Ci sono anche 2 lettori BLU RAY installati e 2 lettori DVD. Il servizio telefonico locale è fornito con accesso gratuito a internet. La cucina e i bagni hanno ripiani in granito e ci sono elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e mobili in legno caldo. Piatti, pentole e bicchieri sono forniti con asciugamani e sedie a sdraio.

La proprietà è nel cuore di Clearwater Beach che è stato stato votato tra i primi cinque spiagge del paese. Attraversa la strada per le spiagge bianche della spiaggia di Clearwater e il vivace molo adornato da artisti di strada giornalieri, venditori ambulanti, ristoranti e negozi lungo il lungomare. Direttamente di fronte a un ristorante sulla spiaggia che offre musica dal vivo serale Ristoranti, shopping, tutte le attività acquatiche, tra cui pesca dal molo, osservazione dei delfini, crociere con cena, crociere al casinò, crociere pirate, jet-ski, windsurf, parasailing e pesca d'altura, sono a breve distanza a piedi dal condominio. Stunning view

This place is in an unbeatable location with breathtaking views. We stayed here for 10 weeks during August and September, and thanks to the way the balconies are designed, we were able to relax outside most afternoons and enjoy a refreshing breeze. If you’re familiar with this area, you know how unbearably hot it usually is at that time of year, making outdoor time almost impossible—but here, it was a welcome escape. It is also spacious and comfortable, and the owner was very responsive to any needs.

Condo Views are Amazing

My husband and I felt at home in this condo. The master bedroom with views of the waterway and master bathroom is larger than most hotel rooms. The leather furniture in the living room is comfy and the smart tv was easy to use and catch up on our shows using our own apps. We saw dolphins from our balcony almost daily and even a manatee. You can see for miles from the balcony. We really enjoyed our vacation and the location was perfect to go to the beach or drive to explore other areas. Yamini was very responsive both before and during our stay when I had questions. This is a great rental.

Great place and location

The place was clean and in a great location. Comfortable sitting inside or out on the balcony. The beds were squeaky and the pillows were probably made in the 80’s along with the mattress. Parking was easy and I liked that it was included. Access to the condo was super easy.

Amazing location and condo

Absolutely loved the area and Yamini was so wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions and was always easy to communicate with. Would give a 10 plus rating if possible!! My husband and I travel alot and have never dealt with any one as caring and considerate as Yamini. The condo was spacious and well equipped. There was nothing we lacked. Clearwater beach is my favorite place to go. Been coming here for 40 years. The host was was very accommodating. The only thing I have a bad back and master bed mattress was not very comfortable, but everything else was wonderful. I have already booked this condo for next year.

Great Place, Great Location!

We had a great time here and absolutely loved seeing the dolphins from the balcony. The owner is very nice and responds quickly to messages. My only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable to the point we couldn’t sleep on it.

So beyond happy!

This condo was everything and more! The beach is a very short walk away restaurants nearby so many shops. The only thing is the beds weren’t the comfiest but everything else was so perfect that didn’t even bother us. The condo was stocked with so many pool/ beach items including boogie boards, noodles, beach chairs, and so much more. Had a fully stocked kitchen and easy check in and out process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The host was quick at responding as well!!!

Loved our stay!

This property was amazing! It was in an awesome location; we didn't need to rent a car because everything was in walking distance. The condo was spacious, clean, had everything we needed, and we loved the view from the balcony overlooking the bay. The pool was nice, but it was great being so close to the beach too. We'll definitely be back!

Refreshed and relaxed!

This condo was a great choice as we took our college age kids and there was so much for them to do! We chose this location for that reason and the ability to walk to many attractions. This location is also nicely located for John’s Pass, Tampa, and Caledesi Island. The condo was super comfortable for our party of 6 and the best part is the awesome balcony! We spent a lot of time enjoying the view and many birds and dolphins. No complaints!! Thank you for a lovely vacation!! Best, The Ward family from Kansas

Perfect Location

The area is easily walkable. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, activities and restaurants while not be right on top of it. The view off the balcony was great. There was enough space for my family of six. We hope to come back!

Nothing Short of Paradise

Location, location, location!!! Our one month stay at Yamini’s wonderful home was amazing. Her spacious 5 th floor condo is in a meticulously maintained attractive building within a five minute walk to Clearwater Beach and superb restaurants. Her balcony overlooks the bay with the most amazing view. Wildlife abounds there everyday. We saw dolphins swimming on multiple days and so many different beautiful birds. The condo itself is very comfortable and you have plenty of room to spread out if you have guests. Our three grandchildren joined us for one week and had a blast. The marina is a short walk away. We went on a pirate ship and Little Toot which is a great dolphin tour. There’s so many neat parks in all directions and lots to explore like Honeymoon Island. The only challenge we encountered was leaving Clearwater and Yamini’s home. If you love beautiful beaches, the ocean and amazing views as you eat breakfast or dinner don’t hesitate to book this condo. We know we will come back.

Excellent Vacation Property

Beautiful and clean condo with wonderful view. Yamani the host is very nice and responsive. Close to everything with trolley stop right in front and a few blocks to beach. Condo says it has 3 bedrooms. Looks like one room that may have been a den or office was turned into a bedroom. That room does not have a closet which was tough for a 3 week stay. I think it should be advertised to say there isn't a closet. Everything else was great! Thank you Yamani!

More than we were expecting

Yamini is incredibly easy to work with. The condo is everything is says and more. Amazing view, quick walk to the beach and we got to see dolphins playing a couple of days. We loved every minute and plan on going back and staying there again.

Not quite a 3 bedroom

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Yamini was easily accessible with any questions. My only issue was with what was considered the 3rd bedroom in the unit. It appeared to be an office with double glass doors that was advertised as the 3rd bedroom. It was a room with a bed but I would not consider it a true bedroom for anyone expecting any privacy. There were small blinds that only partially covered the windows to the room which was not sufficient for anyone trying to change clothes or have any privacy. If privacy in the 3rd bedroom is not a necessity then this was a clean unit, a 10 minute walk from the public beach, and had a beautiful balcony view for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail.
