Con una cucina splendidamente ristrutturata e completamente attrezzata che è pronta per l'uso, una zona soggiorno e pranzo aperta e un ampio balcone privato di fronte alla spiaggia e al Golfo del Messico, questo condominio offre lo spazio perfetto per goderti il tuo soggiorno e costruire ricordi di famiglia . Beautiful view, great accommodations

Unit 103 has a totally unblocked view of the beach and ocean. It is amazing. There is a nice deck with room for probably 8 people. Inside is a well-stocked kitchen with a nice dining area. The pool looks nice, but it is not large. (The pool was closed while we were there from Hurricane damage) Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with a dressing area and a private ensuite bath. The queen bedroom has a walk-in closet and direct access to a shared bathroom.The unit is well taken care of and the property managers are responsive.

Nice area

Room was spacious. Pool gate was hard to unlock on the north side. Great area that was not too busy. Great water pressure in showers. Enjoyed a very relaxing vacation. Only thing I wish was different was that I could pay for an additional parking spot, but most days I found an additional spot on the road that was relatively close.

Not what we were expecting!

First, we were expecting 2 parking spots because we had chosen a 3 bedroom in order to include adult children and family coming in a different vehicle.🚗 we expected laundry facilities in the Condo. ( which we have had in similar condo properties in the same area. ) we didn’t expect to have to go to a separate floor with a washer and dryer, that you had to waste time keeping an eye on. We expected a heated pool. Not one that had issues, without a backup heating system. So my granddaughters only enjoyed 1 day in the pool, before it was out of commission. We also felt that without any shade in the pool area, umbrellas would have been nice. A broom and dust pan to sweep up sand would have been useful. In the condo itself, more towels should have been available for a weeks stay. ( 2 hand towels in the kitchen is pretty limited) Considering we paid with all included almost $4000 for the week, I felt it wasn’t worth it! We are a frequent renter of Condos, so we have expectations as well as experience!

Relaxing vacation

We love the area with all of the restaurants and music available. Condo was very nice and provided us with everything we needed. Only negative is large mattress in 2nd bedroom is not comfortable.

Vacation stay

Easy to reserve and check in and check out process was easy and had no problems. Older facility but room had been updated. Although the cleanliness of the room was lacking and I had to spend time cleaning when we arrived . Dust on everything and floors where so dirty . Everything else was nice just wish it was cleanser.

Great location, disgustingly filthy

The location was spectacular. I wish I could say the same for the cleanliness of the unit. I was absolutely astounded at the amount of dust/dirt on every surface. The ceiling fan in each room had a layer of dust at least 1/4 inch thick. The glass surfaces of the tables in the living room and in the bedrooms were all completely dust covered. The sliding door to the balcony was smudged with hand prints. There were food and blood (yes, blood) stains on the bed skirts in the bedrooms. The pots and pans in the cabinets were still caked with food. Lastly, I reached behind a dresser to plug my phone in only to see pieces of garbage behind and under the unit. Again, the location was great but I really hope a deep cleaning is in the works before someone else is subject to such filth.

Florida beach stay

The property is run down and dirty the view and area are great. I have rented many places and this one was one of the most run down properties I have rented. The last day check out was 10 am and the cleaners walk in at 9:15 am 4 of them it was very uncomfortable I left immediately however, I didn’t like it especially when the place was filthy when I arrived.

Not happy!!

The condo was nice, but not clean. Shower in guest bath had not been cleaned. Broken lamp in bedroom, one out of three in that room worked. We were given 4 towels for 6 adults for the week. We checked in on Sat, called left message at Resort Rentals and left text message. An on call man brought us 4 more towels, Sunday, but we were never contacted by Resort Rentals to address our concerns. We called them on Friday and they had no explanation to why they had not followed up on communication. Upon checking out we realized our keyless door had not been working, door was not locking when it closed. Not pleased with this rental.

Overall it was good rental, few items can be addressed, patio door is sticking and need to be fixed, it slides of rails and it's really hard to open or close. Bed in master bedroom squicks every time I moved around the bed, no washer and dryer, other than that it was good experience.

Great Location, Great Views, Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay very much, however I do not believe 7 bath towels is sufficient for a 3 bedroom unit, regardless of coin-operated laundry available. We only had 4 adults, but I prefer only using a towel 2 days. Especially in a pandemic where people both in stairwells & laundry do not wear masks (& 2 loads necessary, with 1 machine in room for 7 towels...). We had a few other issues that the rental agency dealt with appropriately especially during a holiday week. No machine for quarters either...

Beautiful unit.

There was a few things that i was disappointed with. Dishwasher wasnt working but i fixed that myself. Took around 20 minutes to get into the unit. Maintenance came out on Wednesday and looked at it. But nothing he could do at the time. Keys where fine . it needed a new knob. Cable wasn't working in living room. Had to wait till Monday to fix it and came back out on Tuesday finally got cable working for our last 3 days there. Balcony door kept sticking.only 6 towels in unit. Unit doesnt have a washer ot dryer so had to pay to get clean towels. A lot of little things but when you are on vacation you want to relax .not get aggravated trying to get things to work.

Great Family Condo

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at Emerald Isle #103. Plenty of room for everyone, amazing views of the Gulf, and a great central location. I was very impressed with the property.

The location and views from the unit are awesome. We would definitely stay again. However, there were some things that might make a different unit in the same building more appealing. Firstly, this owner has the washer and dryer locked up, so you have no in-house washer dryer facilities. That's amazingly important when you have a family living out of suitcases for the week. Luckily, our friends were staying right above us and we used theirs instead of using coin-based community facilities. Also, the carpets in the master bedroom were abysmal (gross!) The main room and kitchen were very nice for a rental unit.

Lovely ocean view condo

This was a great condo with 3 bedrooms. There were 6 of us that stayed here for over a week. Views are awesome. The building itself is decent, it is a little older, but the condo itself has been updated significantly, especially the kitchen. You can hear your neighbor above you quite a bit. But overall a wonderful vacation on the ocean!

Perfect view, great location, wish we could stay longer......

Everything was excellent. The balcony was used every chance we had. There are a few updates that could be done. Blinds need to be replaced, chair legs need tightening (We hand tightened), beds are a little bit hard. Door locks could be digital not keys. A few more towels on hand. Another Tiki table outside by pool would be good, one couple dominated it for 5 days, all day long. Kitchen is excellent, bathrooms are good. Nothing huge, just modernize and refresh.... THE VIEW, THE VIEW, THE VIEW !!!
