The owners were really good about trying to remedy situations that arose. I would definitely stay at another house hosted by TrustFirst Management, but before I would revisit this particular house, I would encourage the owners to take a walk through with a critical eye. - The towels on our beds were damp and rolled up (presumably recently washed, just not dried thoroughly)- The description was not accurate at the time of booking (they did an excellent job of remedying that)- There were old crusty socks in the back yard- There were no kitchen wash-clothes to use, and the sponge that was available was clearly used before we had arrived- Some silverware/cooking utensils that had dried food on them that required us to wash prior to using- Some of the towels were really scratchy- The pool attendant came a couple of times, but despite him being there and filling the water level, a day or so later we needed to add about an inch of water as well (and it wasn't hot by any means to evaporate that much), the pool heater may also need to be checked because even though the air temperature was cool, whenever we put our hands by the jets to see if it was shooting out warm water, it never was.- The closet doors were off the tracks- The shower handles work, but they just spin in circles All that to be said, but everyone we encountered was SUPER kind and helpful! And they had baby necessities which were great for us! With a little attention, this could easily be a 5 star rental
