L'intero appartamento privato (1.200 piedi quadrati) sopra questa dimora storica a Tarpon Springs Fl. è tuo piacere. Situato a pochi minuti da alcune delle spiagge più belle dei paesi. Cammina verso il nostro famoso villaggio greco e assaggia alcuni dei migliori frutti di mare e della cucina greca del mondo. Questa casa è a pochi passi da Spring Bayou, dove è possibile osservare i lamantini folleggiare nell'acqua. Una breve passeggiata ti porterà anche al nostro antico quartiere o al villaggio greco dove puoi fare shopping o mangiare a tuo piacimento. Questa casa appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e comprende due camere da letto, soggiorno, cucina completamente attrezzata, un bagno, una grande terrazza privata per prendere il sole. C'è un ingresso privato al secondo piano. Ci sono delle scale per accedere all'appartamento, quindi alcune persone con disabilità potrebbero avere problemi a navigare. Una camera da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale e l'altra ha un comodo letto full size. Siamo in grado di fornire un letto gonfiabile se avete bisogno di spazio aggiuntivo per la vostra famiglia. Le attrazioni vicine includono Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Ray's baseball, Buckeneer Football, due ore per Disney e tutte le attrazioni di Orlando. Very nice location, well kept. Off street parking. Upstairs apartment neat, clean, quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the literature that was available to learn about the area. We were able to walk a few blocks to the downtown area. Too far of a walk for us to the Sponge Docks, but only a few minutes drive.

I was there to play in a USamTour golf tournament at innisbrook resort. The apartment was a perfect place to spend. The two days. Clean, comfortable and convenient-just a 10 minute drive to the golf course. I enjoyed the comfortable apartment and peaceful location.

What a great location to move around Tarpon Springs. The property was being worked on from previous hurricane damage and the owners and workers were totally respectful. My wife and I are looking forward to our next stay.

Location was great, everything else was disappointing! First, it says separated private entrance, which the unexpected male painter surprised us using! We were two mature female friends celebrating our birthdays, and in walks a man that we were not expecting! He was there the rest of our stay every morning until 4 pm!It was hot in the apartment because there are only two window units in the bedrooms. The kitchen was so hot, no way we would cook in there! Living room was only tolerable at night after running the window units all day with the blinds shut! Kitchen door has a 1/2 inch crack in top of door, which let roaches in! The freezer does not work and could not make ice! The only nice thing was the location.

You can't go wrong with this place! It's clean, comfortable, has a great patio, and the hosts are great communicators! It's location is such that you can walk many places and ride bikes. Loved that the park was a block away too!

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were kind and accessible when I had a small problem. The place was centrally located for anyone wanting to see the Tarpon Springs area. I would really love to come back in the fall or winter when the patio/deck area could actually be used. Unfortunately in late July it was much too hot. All in all a nice place for a get away.

My wife and 17 year old daughter stayed 2 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. We took the opportunity to eat Greek food the whole time while in Tarpon Springs, visited the Historic Museum (one block away) and generally relax after a few days on the road. The property is located right in the historic district and that was nice for walking around while viewing the various types of architecture. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We'd definitely recommend it.

We loved the quiet location, amenities, cleanliness and HUGE rooftop deck. Super easy walk to Spring Bayou, Tarpon Ave, or the Sponge Docks... Owners are beyond accomodating and make everything so easy. We will absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay in a super quiet neighbourhood close to downtown restaurants and 20 minutes walk from the Sponge docks. Sheets were super soft and lots of space to relax including a very large outside roof terrace. Good off street parking and easy to find

My husband and I really enjoyed out stay at this property. Clean & updated, loaded with everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to downtown and the owners made sure we could find plenty to do while there. Neighborhood was quiet and the rooftop porch was beautiful in the evening. We would visit again!

What a beautiful apartment in Tarpon Springs. It is so conveniently located, that we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. The apartment is immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything possible you could need. Sitting on the roof terrace in the morning with a cup of tea and enjoying the peace and quiet is a treat. Would love to come back and would recommend to anyone. The hosts John and Linda respond quickly to any messages and are extremely kind- even allowing us a later check out as there were no guests due to arrive that day.

The property was just as described in a quiet neighborhood great for walking to two coffee shops and several gift stores. We enjoyed the Sponge docks, Greek restaurants and Howard Park for sunset. We would like to visit again!

My friends and I were in Tarpon Springs for an OC camp. This house was a perfect location to the lake's boat launch site. Owner John was friendly, communicative and very responsive to questions asked. Amenities were basic and fulfilled all our needs.
