Magnificent Gulf Front Condo Located Directly on the Ocean! by RedAwning

Welcome to Paradise. This beautiful apartment condo is located in a high-

rise condo building , situated directly on Indian Rocks Beach (rated as 1 of

the top 10 beaches in Florida). It offers full view of the spectacular sunsets

to enjoy with your favorite beverage in hand from the comfort of your private

balcony off the living room and master bedroom. Walk for miles along the

pristine sandy beach, collect seashells , swim in the Gulf or the heated pool.



This condo is on the 2nd floor. Screened in balcony with beautiful view of the

beach/gulf.

Our unit provides a well equipped full kitchen with open concept dining and

living room as well as a laundry room. Our smoke free condo has 2 bedrooms

each with comfortable king size beds. We offer complimentary beach towels,

chairs sand toys and a cooler for use during your stay. In the main lobby

there is a great selection of novels to borrow.





There is a lock box for contactless self check in/out in our security

contained building.





Many attractions, parks, local shops, cafes and restaurants are within a short

walk, while major department, grocery stores and shopping centers are just

within 10 minute drive. As well the Suncoast Trolley stops in front of the

building allowing you to explore all the area beaches, restaurants and

attractions along the Gulf Coast from Clearwater, St Pete’s and John’s Pass.





Beach, sun, sand, seashells, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, widescreen smart

TV, and total relaxation!! Make our family condo your home away from home.

This vacation was definitely not restful!

We initially rented condo #207 in Reflections on gulf blvd.and since it was unavailable due to renovations we were allocated condo # 507. The owner ensured that we had everything we needed and we thank her for that. However because the comment mentioned that due to renovations there were going to be light noises, we rented this condo in this complex. The noise began each morning at 6:45 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. and was UNBEARABLE!!!! Drilling in cement pillars is not a light noise . We had to sleep with earplugs and we still would hear these noises that woke us up early every morning while being on vacation. This was unacceptable and having known the details or intensity of noise ( not light) we would have never rented within this complex!! Also due to renovations, a third of the pool was closed. This vacation was definitely not restful!

Nice place

The condo was exactly as described. There is a washer and dryer in the unit but you can only wash a few items at a time on light load because it does not get all of the water out of the clothes. Even doing that we still had to wring out water and it took forever to dry. Also, and this is not the owners fault, but there is construction going on right now. It is extremely loud and starts promptly at 8 am. So no sleeping in for anyone. If you stay while construction is still going on just be mindful of that. Other than that, the condo and access to the beach were great.

Great location construction during visit

If no construction this would be 5 stars for location, views, size. Joann was available on phone. However, the jackhammers from 7:30-5 right on our bedroom walls for 3 weeks ruined the peace and tranquility of the visit.

Best VRBO we have ever used

Wow, how to describe this property. First--Location. We had never heard of Indian Rocks Beach but it is this amazing little town on Sand Key south of Clearwater. The town is quiet, has low traffic, but great restaurants and little shops. with quick access to all the basic necessities. Second--The Unit. It is incredibly clean and well laid out with high end furniture including beds. The kitchen is the most well provisioned (pots, pans, plates) I have ever seen in a VRBO. But the big selling point is the amazing view. The unit is located on the second floor so you don't have to wait for the elevator it you want to make a quick trip up our down the stairs. The management is a dream to work with. The only critique* is someone installed the curved shower bar in the second bath wrong resulting in water leaking out both sides when ever you shower. I told the management who was unaware and they promised to fix it. *Note at the time we were there (Nov 2022) the building was being refurbished. While it didn't impact our unit directly, there were times when we left the unit because of the noised. In addition it generated significant dust on the lovely patio which had to be cleaned whenever we wanted to used it. In talking with a couple of owners the refurbishment will continue on different parts for the next to years. Just ask where the work is being done.

Laidback and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay the place is very close to everything. The place is perfect for relaxation. The beachfront is not crowded so you’ll be able to do activities on the beach without the worry of running into people.
