BEACH ACCESS a few steps away from your front door! Views of the beach included with an in-ground pool and picnic area on one the most beautiful beaches on Florida's Gulf Coast!

Our fully renovated apartment is fully equipped with a combo kitchenette, dining space, living room with smart tv, and bedroom with smart tv. If you're looking for a peaceful and fun beach getaway, you've come to the right place! Please note that from December 2025 through January 2026, the complex will be undergoing renovations. As a result, the laundry facilities will be closed during this time.

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend getaway to Belleair Beach in September 2025. Our stay at Jeff and Rebeca's beachfront oasis was just what we needed. The rental was clean and well updated, and we loved the direct walk-out access to the beach. We were able to use the beach chairs, umbrella, and towels provided -- it was so nice to travel lightly knowing that everything we needed would be provided. While there, we even witnessed a proposal at sunset. The pictures I'm attaching don't do this location justice--the views were simply stunning. Finally, Jeff and Rebeca were extremely communicative throughout our stay. They checked in on us mid-stay to see if we need anything, and were upfront about the construction going on in other units (it never bothered us and we never heard any construction noise). I appreciated their transparency and care. I would highly recommend you stay at Jeff and Rebeca's rental - it's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!

Wonderful. Very clean, updated accommodations, right on the beach. Great for a laid back, no frills vacation. Communications with Rebeca were very helpful. On-going renovations of lower units was not impactful at all. Highly recommend. We only wish it was closer than a 15 hr drive!

Great Stay

Overall - our condo room was well updated , clean , and comfy. The building was going through updates, we were informed prior to out stay. This was the best location and perfect private access to the beach . And close to everything you need .

Vacation 2024

Our room was beautiful. Decor overall was nice, cozy, updated and modern. The view of the Gulf was amazing each day! The place is very quiet and peaceful. Just right for a relaxing getaway.
